am i adding anything?. plenty of people love this place and review it, but i'll share my two cents about it. this my wife's standard special occasion restaurant, where she loves to order shrimp and grits (choice of either tassogravy or cajun red sauce, which we choose). prepared perfectly always. this time i chose the pork chop with hoppin john and kale on the side. delicious barbecue sauce and generous chop, although i ordered it medium-well and it came out well, and thus a touch chewy and dry. the spinach-artichoke appetizer is delicious, and tends towards the more cream/less spinach side, with plenty of crostini to put it on. the caramel-chocolate dessert pie was outstanding, and i wish i had ordered an extra. constantly changing artwork on the inside. parking a little sketchy unless you valet.
