fantastic! we ordered the dragon roll, dynamite roll, and spicy scallop roll. all of them were so good we couldn't pick a favorite! ambience is sweet, clean, warm. tucked away behind the outback, next to petco, off 85th in kirkland. i'd definitely go again!

stopped in for a take-out order based on other reviews. ordered 3 rolls and 3 nigiri for less than $40. food was extemely good and very fresh. the owner prepared the food himself. definitely a hidden gem in kirkland! i will definitely go back.

food is delicious, but the slow kitchen can put a damper on it all.

ordered the tampura dinner plus a few "new" rolls from the menu: all good. not great. oh well.

staff are friendly and accommodating.

the nicest family runs this restaurant. the sushi was fresh and delicious. we had the spicy tuna roll, volcano roll, and yellowfin. the only drawback was no real crab.

dine in or take out the sushi is great at this family restaurant. i've tried several rolls and the kirkland roll is my favorite. glad to support a local business. i'll back soon.

family owned and the quality shows. my wife and i are sure glad we found momoya. it is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant near the costco in kirkland (on 85th). the place is family-owned and run. dad and one son are in the kitchen, mom manages the restaurant with the second son. everyone is friendly and hospitable. the restaurant is clean, tidy and most importantly, the food is excellent! they offer a lunch bento special that is perhaps one of the best deals in the area - five different courses for less than nine bucks! we have had their sushi, ramen and bento boxes. all have been very good. our one complaint in our two trips thus far is that the ramen came in a bowl that was too small -- it did not allow for enough soup to complement the ample portion of noodles.

i love neighborhood gems like momoya. i am hoping to find more!

this fresh, family run hole in the wall is a must for your favorites list!. just came here for the first time. they really did earn their high rating! family run, super fresh, super yummy. you must come check this place out. try their custom ordered rice free hand rolls. just amazing!

impossible to find better! seems like i have been going there forever. outstanding menu, ask about the special saki; available on request. have a special request??, just ask and be creative... great family, their values are what we wish we all had.. mk

excellent!! we went here because the place we were trying to go to was closed. by looking at the place we didn't know what to expect. four sushi rolls later we decided this place will be our spectacular sushi secret!!!!

omg. on a trip from our current home in minnesota, starved for quality sushi and such we had a great time, the owners son talked to us for an hour we met "dad" had a great .....no fantastic meal like no other sushi we have had in recent years...love this place and if we lived in kirkland or even seattle we would come back many times over. thanks so much and love you guys a bunch

i came all the way from seattle to try this place because it had good reviews. and i agree with all the reviews. great food and great service. i will eat sushi here again.

fresh fresh fresh! family owned, ben always provides creative and delicious rolls and wraps. i found them three years ago while prowling the hidden gems of the eastside. one of the only places i eat sushi anymore.
