great place to have kulfis and ice cream.
their malai, gulkand and pista kulfi are all equally good..creamy and very natural flavours. rich texture and amazing taste. must try for kulfi lovers..

legendary ice cream shop.legendary taste . doesn't require any introduction.all the ice creams and kulfi's are a must try and it's completely vfm.can say he makes these desserts with genuine milk.

more fondly known as "mohan's kulfi", this is a place for kulfi lovers. kulfi's are available on the stick or in a cup. the quality is good but the serving amount in the cup can be disputed. hygienic place and pricing is also ok. if you like kulfi's you should try this place.

a small and legendary place located in deccan. loved the visit to the place had mava kulfi and anjeer ice cream, heard the fresh alphonso too was mind blowing, amazing taste to remember and pull you back. very simple place serving brilliant flavors. revisit confirmed......

a small place with a large fan following from all age groups. they have a different taste in their ice creams u can try it out once here. had chocochips, roasted almond and gulkand here..

except for gulkand the other two were good.

will give it a 3.5

i have never heard about mohan ice cream before but i would say it was a nice experience 😋. i parked a car on jm road and was just roaming, saw like 15 people around an ice cream shop called mohan. i was like ok, might be a family having kulfi. then after hour or so i came back and saw again around 10 people eating an ice cream. as a foodie it was impossible for me to resist and decided ho have kulfi. i had a malai kulfi which was nice and big just for 25 rs. not too sweet but soft and creamy, just the way i like. total value for money. this rating is only based upon a single kulfi but will be visiting again and will upgrade this review.

perfect place for authentic and homestyle ice creams and kulfi. gulkand kulfi is to die for and their regular flavors are great too. its been around for quite some time want ut to be so....

delicious ice cream,horrible customer interface. wanted to take home 2 kg of mango ice cream...called and asked in advance for jm road branch. guy who answered said to come on the spot and take it. came just in time, no dabbas, spent 1/2 hour trying to figure that. and then no card accepted. the guy at the store wants to help but clearly management doesn't care.

i am a skeptic person, and i have no shame in admitting it.
so when i saw that a place that is called mohan ice cream having just a page menu has a 4.7 rating on zomato i was at my skeptic best.

nevertheless i still went there. call it a gut feeling or my not so great experience at café goodluck.
but this place deserves all the rating that it can get. a very small shop with quaint surroundings near shiv sagar at jm road, the ice cream is amazing.

i and my girlfriend had a scoop each of choco chips, butterscotch, anjir and gulkand and they were all good to the point that i thought of having a malai kulfi but somehow controlled myself.

overall suggestion: this is a pocket friendly place and a must visit for all the ice-cream lovers!!

the best place i have been to have ice cream... i'm not a kulfi fan.. but i love the ice cream scoops here.. they are rich and tastes royal.. i had the anjeer ice cream.. my favourite on the list..
also tried mango, gulkand, malai... all are very naturally flavoured...

notes:

just opp the shambhaji park gate, in the lane besides 'supreme pav bhaji'.

gulkand is their most famous flavour and always have consistency. anjir ice cream has nice good chunks of anjir

i would rate best ice cream in pune and considering the rate of 40/- its a real value for money.

ice creams means amul, natural's, sujata and mohan ! i have tried rest, but they have mixing of artificial colors and presevatives in it. must try mohan if you are in pune. roasted almond especially.

if you are a "पुणेकर" and not ate this delicious kulfi then go and die.
this kulfi is from the shop mohan which is very famous in pune for kulfies, icecreams and shakes. according to my information, this is the first store of kulfi and shake in pune. yummy n rich in milk icecream can give you happiness and the real taste of icecream. so you have to try it once !!!

oh god! this place and their milkshakes are really amazing!

i'm a die hard fan of their gulkand shake but as it was not available i had malai shake with a scoop of gulkand icecream. let it melt in and had this delicious, rich and creamy shake.

pocket friendly place. love this!
