usually the chicken is well marinated, not this time. it was hard and over grilled.

grilled chicken is bone dry, hard to chew and painful for the jaw. never expected such taste from mocha.

had a hurried meal here. the restaurant is spread over 2 floors and offers a very nice rustic ambience. the staff was really nice and helped me decide to order lebanese kebab platter.
the food tasted above average and while the dips were lebanese the kebabs clearly tasted mughlai.
overall would visit again but as a cafe and not as a serious restaurant.

worst ever experience. the service has gotten worse. the waiters are just roaming around not taking orders.
once the order is taken, you will have to wait for atleast 1 hour because the waiter forgot to give order to chef. and when the order is given to chef, 2 of the 3 things are cancelled because chef forgot to prepare it.
they add extra service charge and whn asked to cancel first they will refuse then they give some sh*t about supreme court order and then they will say that ok we will deduct in calculation and not in bill.
food is worst quality, no spoons, forks on the table, no service again. server doesn't know what he is serving, his words are- "jo bhi hai ye bheje hai andar se".
if anyone want to have a good time, mocha is not a place for you.

crowded, confusion ,orders getting mixed up, incomplete/missed preparations.seriously , the previous visits were good.crowd is not an excuse.careful mocha, there is a giant competitor next door.

worst service 2 day before i order ed that time i got hair in my food as i have updated pictures too but there is no reponse and there number which is listed is also not in working and today have china box with noodles they served me chicken with rice seriously they should shut down immediately..even after complaining there is no reply

my review is not about food or the quality of food. this is a very geniune review i visited this place with couple of my friends on 2/4/2022 i gave my car for valate parking just before visiting this place i have filled petrol of 1000₹ in my car approximately after 53 minutes i came out with two of my friends when i notice a guy was sitting inside the car which was parked exectly on the opposite side of the road near the municipal school. i was shocked to see there was hardly any petrol left inside the car and engine time was 48 minutes so i immediately took a photo of the engine activity time. this simply means that for 48 minutes the car ac was turned on and someone was sitting inside the car. immediately withing 10 minutes i complained it to the manager on call and manager promised to revert back with an investigation but i dont think any thing was done it has been 7 days now. guys please make sure to park your vehicle by yourself if you are holding on dads money thats fine but if it is your hard earned money this definately hurts because 1000₹ is a big amount. we dont give our car in valet parking so that people can sit inside with ac turned on they can chew up gutka. pathetic

momos were raw and undercoocked and cold. one can hardly have it.

manchurian was burnt, soggy and tasteless.
