to avoid
the quality of service & staff is very bad.
after 15min i had to go and call the waiter to force him to come taking the order.
after another 30min i had to go again to the reception , because not even the drinks were served (bottle of water, and two like soda... very long time to prepare !!).
finally i had to carry myself the four glasses and the bottle of water from reception.
still despite my unhappiness , the waiters didn't any kind of respect in order to make it up.
finally after again 20min more, the food came : one sandwich with mostly chicken inside (very long to prepare ! ), three apppams with crabs (three time same dish: very long time to prepare !).
after all this , the waiter still never came to our table. no tissues given and no possibility to ask him without me going to him .
for the food, it was very bad. the appam with crabs, crabs is only cut in two in all the gravy: the gravy didn't taste crab, and the crab is very difficult to eat in all the gravy with all the skin not at all removed or partly removed.
very bad experience.
on the top of that , i have given my review to the manager, who didn't seem to care.
