the gelato cake slice packaging was really bad because the cakes were just dunked into a cake box and by the time it reached me... it was a complete melted mess. gelato cakes need to have special packaging

as a speculoos lover, lotus biscoff flavour is by far my favourite flavour by milano apart from hazelnut, which is another must try. the portion size is spot on and i find the prices quite reasonable. there are a wide variety of flavours & all of them taste heavenly, their fruit sorbets are to die for as well! i can see myself ordering gelato from here quite often.

i visited this place on a sunday night.

it's a decent size dessert parlour with sitting capacity of 30-40 people at a time.

you some time need to wait to get a table. but i have seen people taking the ice to their car or two wheeler and enjoy their.


their gelato are freshly made, we tried:
salted caramel
blueberry cheesecake
nutella

except nutella we loved both the ice-creams the nutella one lacked the flavour, we could get the taste of only the base icecream.

overall a good place, will try their other flavours in next visit.

fantastic! hands down, one of the finest places for gelato i have ever been to. had the salted caramel cone, and crunchy slice - loved both - very smooth, light, and not too sweet. will strongly recommend the crunchy slice with cream.

the place has a good casual, vibrant dessert parlour vibe. the pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality they offer

i think it’ll take multiple trips to try out most of their dessert offerings.

really bad staff behaviour. wanted to do a takeaway but they denied says they can't bill it. but zomato is possible. no assistance provided from the staff or any relevant answers.

extremely rude behaviour of staff. we came for takeaway post dinner but the behaviour of staff was extremely rude n arrogant.

pathetic experience. we will never come here again. it was one of my fav places but i rather not eat from here

it didn’t have the flavours i selected for, it had only 2 flavours whereas i asked for 3 flavours

order got delayed and it was not come at promise time.
when i open the parcel ice cream was melt and spilt.
disappointed, won't recommend in future.

disgusting milkshakes not even with 30 bucks..i got just cold milk with bits of brownie and the other shake was like cold milk and 1 spoon of nutella.. milano had lost quality.. the worst experience

took the orange cake on recommendation of the staff since the cheese cake i ordered wasn't available. the orange cake was decent, but portion size of vanilla ice-cream was very small.
