dreadful. this is the worst dining experience i have ever had. i don't even want to give it one star. i will never go back there again.
they will include tip without telling you! also, they add the tip in twice!
the service was atrocious. we arrived and our table wasn't ready so we decided to get a drink at the bar. the hostess forgot that we had come in for our reservation. i went back over and she looked at me like i was crazy. there were 4 of us dinning and 3 of the 4 had the same thing, but the waiter could not keep our order straight. several times the waiter asked my dinning partner to pass something to me instead of doing it himself. the worst was my main course. he walked up to my date and said "can you hand this to her?" he could have walked to the other side and set it down himself. he left finished drink glasses on the table as well.
i ordered a lemon drop. this usually comes with sugar on the rim. i got my second one with salt on the rim. not a big deal, right? wrong. i sent it back and got major attitude because of his mistake. we finished our meal and got the check. we asked if the check could be split. each meal was the same price. we wanted 3 checks with one meal on 2 of the checks and 2 meals on the last check. that was way to hard for them to understand. i don't know what they did exactly, but the check was not split the way we asked. we looked at the check and noticed we were charged for drinks we didn't have. the manager came over and told us that we drank those drinks, in the rudest way possible!!! we actually had more expensive drinks and owned up to it! we weren't even rude about it. the fixed checks came back and the tip was charged twice! we asked to speak to the manager because this was ridiculous. he argued with us and even raised his voice to just bellow yelling.
needless to say, i will never dine there again and i will tell everyone i know to never go there. the food was not worth the price!
