great beer selection, good atmosphere, decent pub food.

not sure. good drinks and all, but the food is ok.

the food was over priced and of mediocre quality. portions were small. very disappointing. i would never eat there again.

gluten free - not!. to anyone with celiac, food allergies, sensitivities or if you have a someone you care about with special dietary needs that you want to support, please be aware that this restaurant is not the place for you. mews tavern has added gluten free items to its menu. although you will be reassured these items are gluten free and that they understand cross contamination, take great caution in trusting this. for all of us who deal with digestive issues we know how exciting it is to find new menu items and a place you can feel confident you will not get sick after eating. this is not the place! i not only got the sickest i have been since my diagnosis, upon confronting the general manager it was taken very lightly. i thought the owner should and would want to be made aware so as to help him make sure his staff understood the severity of the issue, learn to educate them and how to hopefully prevent any further incidents. his response...i trust my staff...they said they followed all of the correct procedures...i am not going to apologize to you. we all know accidents happen when dealing with these kinds of dietary situations. he couldn’t undo the damage that was done but i do believe how you handle the matter afterwards is also important. i was greatly mistaken in my thoughts that he might want to become aware of this, learn and have his staff become more educated.

great burgers, awesome beer selection and overall cool place to hang out

a bit pricey for the quality of food, but service and atmosphere make up for it. 69 craft brews on tap make for a fun adventure. their beer changes with the season and they get their hands on rare releases. bartenders aren't as knowledgable as they should be, but odds are you can talk to a patron and get an idea of the brews.

eclectic & fun. i love mews... this place is such a quirky and fun joint to go have some beers and food. i love their hell's fire chicken burger which definitely delivers the heat! everything that i've eaten there is well seasoned, cooked to perfection, and they have a billion beers on tap which is great for beer lovers like myself! i highly recommend!

delicious!. we have been looking for a place that makes great pizza. their pizza is one of the best we have ever had! their cheesy garlic bread is also very good! brick oven makes a huge difference in taste. can't wait to go back and try their burgers! also i had their root beer, its the best root beer i have ever had. so glad we tried this place.

worth a road trip!. great beer selection on tap - huge place with many interesting seating options - specials and discounts with a mews vip card and a giant menu of really good "pub style" food. the mews is super casual and friendly and i love going there with girlfriends or family...and don't mind the drive from w. greenwich!

service sucks. always loved the food and beers, but the immaturity of some of the waitresses is incredible! no professionalism. i had a waitress named shawna who is older but holding onto being a highschooler or college girl at thirty-something?
do your job! don't gossip about customers in earshot of other customers. grow up and give good service since it looks like this is your career! if i were the owner of this place, i'd bring in all this (kids?) wait staff for retraining! asap!

the first time i went, the dining room was great. the next time i went, they accused me of being drunk and i just got out of work. they wouldnt serve us and i had to argue with this dumb girl just to get a drink. she then told everyone on staff and even a few customers that we were drunk and denying it. really unprofessional to have everyone in the bar pointing at you when your just trying to relax. one of her customer friends even came over to us to see if he could start a fight to help the bartender get rid of us. i heard them talking right next to me after she brought him over from the other side of the bar. because the bouncer didnt have a problem with us bein there she recruits customers. tipped her more than 20 percent and she complained about it outloud. not likely that im driving 25 min to get the absolute worst customer experience ever. this was the celtics room btw. the next day i call and the girl tells me the manager is there but she wont let me talk to him cause i wont tell her what its about.

place was a ghost town the night we went. but it was during the week. maybe it was just an off night.

perfect burgers mews!. the mews is known for their burgers but there are a wide variety of menu choices. we sat in a beautifully hand carved booth in the celtic lounge. it was wonderful and totally private! we both ordered the 69 prime burger which is black angus ground sirloin topped with your choice of cheese, fries and cole slaw. i had the cheddar with sweet potato fries. my honey had bleu cheese with onion rings. perfect burgers mews, great service and prices.
