food is above average or maybe due to fact that it is not completely as per our daily taste buds.

liked the unusual concept of all in the group eating from a single plate in moroccon style

authentically moroccan. just returning from a 3 week vacation with my two kids in morocco, i was craving more moroccan food. i drove down from marin to take my parents who live in san jose to menara along with my daughter who was on the trip with me and loved moroccan food. we had a developed our taste from the source and were a bit apprehensive about finding authentic cuisine here. we were so pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavor and the authenticity of the food. it was comparable to the real deal. the décor was lovely, the belly dancers were entertaining and the service was excellent. we particularly liked that the waiters worked as a team and all were extremely helpful. we can't wait to return and my parents are bringing their friends next week since they were so excited about the experience. bravo!

ambience is excellent with spacious pillow seating. service is attentive. food was ok, not as delicious as some of the middle eastern cuisines but it may not be right to compare that way.

an incredible experience- if you are ready an authentic culturally rich evening for all your senses, this place is amazing! even after 25 years of extensive international travel, this dining experience ranks extraordinary!

loved it, would definitely go back. we had a great time here. the ambiance was fun, food was tasty, service was great. we enjoyed the entertainment and our server did a fairly good job serving us in french.
