omg!!! the portions were huge. the food was very, very tasty. if you like mediterranean food, this place is outstanding. we also really enjoyed the lebanese wine. i really enjoyed this restaraunt.

if you haven't been excited by chicken lately, try marinated chicken at mk, it is divine. everything else is just as good.

definitely not the best lebanese food i've had but you get lots of it and decent. lived in dearborn, michigan it is really hard to be happy with mediocre.

farmer's dish always a crowd pleaser. we wanted a middle-eastern-style dinner to preceed a viewing of the classic film, "lawrence of arabia," with a group of friends. as always, the farmers dish was a big hit! our friends loved everything from start to finish: the creamy hummus with fresh pita, wonderfully flavorful soup, refreshing salad with tangy dressing, and then the tender, garlicky chicken wings with creamy garlic sauce and savory yellow rice – a delicious, flavor-packed meal. i ordered six farmers dish entres, which was served family-style, with all of the items i mention above. despite what other viewers have remarked, i thought the serving size was generous, the price very reasonable, and we had way more than enough for six people. i was even able to pack up leftovers for everyone!
the med. kitchen staff is very accommodating – they had everything ready to go when i arrived, and helped carry out the large tray to my car. this restaurant is a wonderful asset to the north kirkland/juanita community which doesn't have many interesting restaurants. sometime soon i should try something else on the menu, but it’s hard to resist those wings! thanks for taking such good care of me!

food is amazing and bang for the buck

one of my favorite restaurants. i highly reccomend the fool moudamas appetizer. everyone had something different and everyone really enjoyed their meals. i would highly recommend this place!

if u are craving for some delicious food with infused garlic, this is the place to be. i had a veg schwarma although it's not on menu. the rice was delicious, the pita and garlic dip to die for and the lentil soup just perfect for seattle weather. definitely our fav place!

came here for early dinner. this place was always busy with constant flow of customers. ordered the chicken shawarma. the order took a few minutes for existing log of takeout orders. the portion size is quite generous. the chicken was quite tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were quite good to complement that as well.

delicious food, generous portions, reasonable prices. my husband and i split the meze tray appetizer and lamb shawarma entree, and were not disappointed.

we ordered the mezza platter, kebabs and chicken.
and ofcourse a shawarma platter which was my favorite

great food, service is improving finally. not sure if the manager who was so rude to me finally got fired but when i went the other day staff was amazing and she wasn't there.

i had a large to go order in june and i was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. i timed the order from when i called and arrived 45 minutes later. the manager told me that " you are 30 minutes late for your order." they had already charged me for the order already because it was so large so either way if i didn't show up they got 80$ from me...


anyway, she was really rude about it and made a scene in front of everyone embarrassing me and my mother in law. even though we arrived right on time, i even showed her the time i called.
i left feeling disrespected, 80$ broke, and vowed to never come back because why support a local place if it treats their frequent customers so poorly??

we did end up coming back because the food is amazing...
the manager continued to give me dirty looks until i came in one day with my hospital attire and she realized that i was one of the many hospital employees who order frequently... and after she was nice to me. tried to call the owner to complain when this happened in june and also emailed but you will never hear back. i will continue to come to this location, if the manager is rude again i will never return.

note to staff and manager:
be kind to your customers because your business may not count on it now with such good food, but kirkland is small in its own way and word spreads quickly.

come ready to have plenty of garlic!  this location of mediterranean kitchen is mostly a fast food place, where you order at the counter and they bring you the food.  if you want their famous farmer's dish, which we both love, you have to wait 20 minutes for it.  we decided to try other dishes.  my wife had algerian chicken and really liked it.  i had beef shawarma and loved it.  both were drenched in garlic and garlic sauce.  pitas came on the side.

this place is small, is always packed and can get a bit loud but the food is worth it if you like garlic. parking can be a challenge but their shish tawook is legendary.

i was here to celebrate my wife's birthday . while i had only positive reviews to read before i went there i was nervous nonetheless. but the place did not disappoint.
it's a relatively small restaurant - probably just about 10 tables - with a cosy, casual ambience. but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up in portions and taste. for most people, one entrée will suffice for 2 people even if you skip the appetizers. every entrée is literally served on a bed of rice.so order less and then decide if you want more. anyway, you get a complimentary soup and pita bread.
only one word of caution. if you don't like garlic this place is (probably) not for you. they definitely have a strong flavor of garlic in all their dishes.
the server was very friendly . he came out singing happy birthday. he even gave my wife a complimentary dessert as a present from their side.
i strongly recommend this place and will definitely go back to this place.
