matt the rasher is a favourite among my friends and i. it is without doubt the best bacon sandwich i've had in dublin, quality irish food without the fuss. what more do you need when you want to indulge on a weekend!! the breakfast menu is definitely a winner for me. you can pick any combination of pieces to have with your breakfast or you can just go for the big one and get the matt's famous. the staff are always very accommodating when you visit too. it's a proper down to earth quality little cafe.

best breakfast in dublin. people i know from all over come to matts for the tastiest breakfast going! they also serve stews and other such lunch items but matts is renowned for breakfast!

hooley dooley, what a cracker of a place, this little gem serves up a cracking full breakfast full of hearty love with friendly service. it's hard to finish the plate because the servings are so generous but on the plus side it will leave you full and happy for the whole day. the eggs were cooked perfectly with nice runny yolks, coffee is filtered with unlimited refills. black and white pudding wondrously spicy and flavourfull. this place is really. damn. good.

this is without doubt the best breakfast around. the service is top notch. the place runs so smoothly. never disappointed with it. take away service is available. still waiting on the home delivery to happen for them days when all u want is a breakfast roll but can't face leaving the house (but i won't mark down for this) breakfast aside matts also has an extensive lunch/dinner menu and from what i've tried are as tasty as the breakfast!

best breakfast in dublin, bar none!! i've never ordered anything else as i just couldn't do it... served up piping hot in 5 minutes no matter what the queues for seats or take away rolls are like. an irish treasure.

the best place for breakfast without a doubt. it has a huge variety to choose from. if you want good quality coffee and food or take away breakfast rolls this is the place to go!

i consider myself to be extremely lucky for many things and 1 of them is that i live within 5 mins of the absolute best breakfast cafe in the universe. this is not an exaggeration, i have been to many different planets in our solar system and have sampled every breakfast you could imagine but i always end up finding myself in matts after a night on the batter, either getting a roll to take out or sitting in having a matts famous. to be honest i've heard that they have got a wider range of food on their menu, but i could never go to matts and not get breakfast, it's too awesome.
