marietta diner

reallllyyy????. well i was just totally disappointed. i stopped at marietta diner. yes the famed one that guy tomuchbleach goes to. i can't believe what trash they serve and call food. my omelette was flavorless and tasted watered down, greasy soft fries, tainted water called tea. same for my fiancee, pancakes i'm pretty sure are frozen or made way ahead of time, flabby bacon when ordered crisp, dollar store sausage, same egg situation. the best thing we had was the biscuits. still expected to pay for it with only a quarter of it eaten, and the response from a manager was "i can't believe this, how could it happen". upon looking around i can see how it stays open as well. the many hipsters, trend setters, drunk and exhausted with no taste buds left flock to it like the grand cafe's of france. if i ever have the chance to go back, i will be enjoying the ihop across the street for less of a hit to my wallet

very pleased. i am stuck on the greek salad with gyro meat. its very good s nd the portion size is generous. my only complaint was i forgot to tell them no anchovies.

wonderful food & great service. visited marietta diner while competing in a perfect game baseball tournament. took the team and adults (approx. 40 in party) for late lunch/early dinner. we called ahead and they had an area reserved upon arrival. wait staff was very professional, and food was outstanding. when we are back down in the atlanta area, marietta diner will definitely be on our restaurant list.

3d feature with 3x portions. found out about this place on guy's triple d. comes as advertised (he likes generous portioning). portions are overly large so they can easily be shared (with a sharing charge). i had the greek sampler which came with portions of all 3 greek plates, a greek salad, soup, a salad (yes another), bread and spinach pie app. the kids meal is large enough to feed 2+ kids. thought they brought out an adult meal. the food is very flavorful.

this place is not kid friendly at all!!! cant do a to go order for my two year old!!! everytime is something different, either i have him present in order to get take out for him and even when i bring him i still can't get the full kids deal(no side,no drink ,no ice cream)!!!! with all the business you guys do nickel and dimming children!!!!

love this place. this is a great place for the entire family for any meal or desert. . the menu is vast and has some thing for everyone. the deserts are fabulous and served in huge portions you will need to share with some one. the service is great and the food is always delicious. often there is a short wait .

great breakfast stop

try waffle house instead.. just your mediocre diner. the cakes do looks very good. but, i just had breakfast. it was very bland and i remember the carpet being dirty. just not a very pleasant experience.

the food is good. however, the prices seem high for a diner. they serve way too much food. i would like it better if they cut the portions and reduced the price.

if you are ever in marietta, you need to visit the marietta diner. i told carly she could not leave without trying this wonderful restaurant. even the famous guy fieri from food network recommends the marietta diner. so you know you must visit now! you guys, this place is a must. the marietta diner is more of an experience than anything else. we went for breakfast, but if you are headed there for lunch or dinner, you are greeted at your table with a bowl of freshly baked bread and plates of spanakopita- flaky greek spinach-pie pastries. just when you think your dinner experience can not start any better, you open the extensive menu to see a pre

love it!! the food and the desserts are fab.

ate here on christmas morning. get here early, it fills up quick. even though the place was packed, and we had a party of 20+ the food came very quickly. i had the philly cheese steak omelet, home fries, grits and toast. delicious! cappacino had a good flavor, but was way too sweet for me. went with regular coffee the second round, and pleasantly surprised, good coffee. i look forward to coming again!

ate there 3 times!. our 1st time was very late at night after hours and hours of driving. we were warmly welcomed by an extremely professional waiter.

the menu was like 12 pages. normally a bad sign. for some odd reason, i ordered matzah ball soup and a greek dish of some sort. both were incredibly good! i mean slap your grandma in the face good!

every time we travel through georgia we stop there and every time our food is fantastic! don't order their blue cheese dressing. that wasn't so good. but everything else is.

this place is fantastic. service almost too good and the cakes ... you can feed 4 on one slice. stuffed mushrooms awesome, gyros "real" and stroganoff fabulous. pancakes rocked too!!

very extensive menu with several attractive options. salads, omelettes, and sandwiches were all great. waiter was very accommodating with a special request.
