great dining experience at mamagoto.... kickstarted our meal with the floating seafood market soup,which was flavorful with little mushroom and tofu bits,but not as thick as anticipated...nevertheless good!

the lantern chilli pork was very good,with a slightly sweet dash alongwith a delectable tanginess,seasoned to perfection with tender bits of meat ...a definite winner!

ditto for the seafood laksa,flavourful and with creamy goodness of coconut milk,a lovely main course to share!! the only downside was the lemon mojito pitcher,contained excess mint leaves and was watered down,the pitcher was small too,barely three glasses.thoroughly enjoyed the assorted nonveg dimsums too, especially the duck was fantastic.


overall a delicious and filling meal at mamagoto,would love to return for more!!

it's been a while i haven't try a asian food. today i have visited a mamagoto, located at indiranagar busy street. we have ordered a aunty non veg platter and fiery thai shrimp fried rice.

today i visited the restaurant with my friends. due to my disability i cant climb the stairs. hence, we called the restaurant and asked about the stairs situation in prior and manager assured us that there were no stairs but upon reaching the venue we found out there were quite a few stairs. so be it my first review but just want to highlight if someone’s disability is joke to this restaurant.

mamagoto in japanese means - play house.
as the name says, it's a fun destination and a perfect asian cuisine.

recently visited this restaurant with my friend and loved the food here. the ambience was very decent with lot of paintings. the staff were very friendly and helped us to choose the food.

coming to the food, in the mocktails we had, cucumber mint and orange cooler. i liked the orange cooler, it was so refreshing and tasty.

we has aunty's veg platter, it contains corn fritters, momos, spring rolls served with different types of sauce.
the platter was completely pocket friendly.

in the dimsums, we had wild mushroom edamame, cream cheese & truffle oil. we got 4 pieces of it and these were delicious as edamame was always my favorite.

soggy thai basil fried rice was perfect with lots of corn added.

overall, mamagoto is a perfect cuisine for those people who wanted to try asian items and definitely one of the best place in indiranagar, bangalore.

we tried their "wild mushroom edamame cream cheese & truffle oil dimsum" that were mouth watering as always.

and, caterpillar sushi, a south-east asian delicacy that we're skeptical if everybody would like because for that you need to aquire a taste.

but in all, the place is soothing and calm and a must visit for trying a varied range of cuisines.

whenever you need a little pick me up, head to @mamagotodehradun for a dining experience that's truly fun. a comfortable, wholesome space, it will cater to your chinese, thai or sushi cravings in the most innovative of ways.

about my recent visit to this beautiful place,with indoor as well as outdoor seating.it is one of the rare restaurants that serve good quality asian food like sushi 🍣 salads and a lot more to enjoy.
specifically, i would love to mention that they serve mocktails & cocktails as well. so you can order according to your mood. i loved their guava chilli cocktail & would highly recommend it.
do visit the place for a experience that'll make you fall in love with sushi & soups & momos ofcourse.
momos are dehradun ki jaan, i must say & here comes mamagoto to bring fusion with the basic momos & lot lot more.
do give it a try!!

ambience-4.5/5:being a multi-city restaurant mamagoto's ambience is a bit familiar to me. i’ve always adored its quirky, colourful, and urban art decor inspired by manga and anime that exudes playfulness on every corner. i find myself admiring the countless fun poster frames and the flares of vibrancy throughout the restaurant. there's even a lounge-style outdoor space and an expansive bar - courtesy of foxtrot.

don’t worry because finally our city has got the first and the oldest pan asian restro.
isn’t that a great news? now you can have authentic ramen, sushi, gimbap and flaunt on your ig stories.😍
as soon as you enter you would see japanese portraits on the walls that gives an aesthetic look to the restro. even the decor is authentic and the ambience is vibrant. so you would surely get some instagrammable pictures here.😌

as i have already mentioned, it is a pan asian restro so you can expect wide range of sushi, ramen, dimsums on the menu.
the veg options are minimal also you may or may not like the taste of sushi if you are having it for the first time because not everyone has got a taste for that.
special mention- they serve complimentary rice crackers with sauces. they are really yum!🥰
well, this place is be a bit pricy but it is totally worth it. the staff is courteous and the service is satisfactory.

it's been more than a year since i had their chicken dimsum/dumplings. hands down, they are the best in town and still dancing in my taste buds. it had the best taste in the whole city.
