the staff are lovely, the quality of the coffee is good, and the servings of coffee are impressive; however, i wasn't pleased that their idea of "waffles" was a solitary waffle that very likely came out of a packet. that said, i'm still probably going to come back for a cup of coffee if i'm in the area, just was a disappointing breakfast.

first and last time customers. i recently dined at luv a coffee beenleigh with my partner for brunch. the food was poor quality and over priced - 1 slice of raisin toast with jam flecked with icing sugar was $7.00!?!?!? worse than that was the singular slice of cold avocado toast that my partner received - the avocado was clearly from a tube and not fresh. it tasted vinegary and was lumpy. the staff argued the quality of the avocado when we returned it to the kitchen, which was simply offensive. what's worse is that it cost more than the raisin toast. unfortunately, luv a coffee has a niche market as they are the only sizable coffee shop in that area and their profit is simply a result of people foot traffic in that street. i'd recommend that you continue walking.

horrible coffee. the staff here need to learn how to not heat up frozen ingham's chicken schnitzel from woolies and say they are fresh, and def. need to learn how to make coffee and not burn the ever loving cr^p out of it. seriously guys invest in some decent coffee beans and go to a coffee school or have someone come out and train you. not that hard to get the coffee right.

the food is very reasonably priced, with most mains at $15. it's quite a large room with lots of tables. the food ha always been good when i've eaten there. would go back again.

i am always one of its fans for the past five years. grabbed a chance to revisit for a sunday brekkie yesterday.
upon arrival at 07:05am, i was not the first customer of the day. needless to say, i ordered my default low carb brekkie with a flat white. for the price of $12.50, cp was high for a dish of two poached eggs with smoked salmon and a cup of coffee. importantly, poached eggs were perfectly done and smoked salmon was generous in portion and fresh. coffee-wise, the establishment brew did not let me down at all😋.

lovely homestyle café, always friendly customer service with generous sized, affordable meals. nothing is ever too much of a stretch (for dietry needs) and always comfortable. enjoy visiting every few months.

this place is not very good value, i think perhaps people who like the coffee here don’t actually know what a real coffee is, unfortunately i cannot give good feedback to this place after my experience. i ordered 1 latte and raisin toast from the menu and my raisin toast was $4.5 for 1 slice, and my coffee was very average. i thought that for 4.5 i would have definitely got 2 slices.

i am a constant regular to this cafe, and the reason i started to visit regularly is due to the great service and comfortable atmosphere. never had a bad coffee and i love the savoury scrambled eggs! fantastic staff as they are helpful and quick with service. the cafe is cozy but just needs a little revamp maybe? my favourite cafe, not just in beenleigh!

best vegetarian eggs benedict ever!! i have searched near and far and haven't found a better one. service is always friendly. but the cafe is now looking very old and shabby needs to be renovated and brought up to the times.

raw chicken!!!. ate here, well rather did not eat here, over the weekend. waited 40mins for our food, the cafe wasn't really busy with only 3 or 4 tables being used. most of the staff had plenty of time to chat to each other and make themselves milkshakes while customers waited for their food. when our food finally did arrive (a souvlaki with salad and a small toasted sandwich) the chicken was uncooked and the toasted sandwich was cold. when we told the staff about the chicken their reply was
"it's thigh chicken meat so it's going to be pink when we serve it."
to their credit they gave me a refund and we left.
other times we have eaten here the food and coffee has been average.

rick from cedar creek. i have been using luv. a coffee since it first opened in beenleigh. i have just read some of the other reviews, and it think some of the people that have written them must only eat at fast food outlets, or very expensive restaurants . i travel mostly 2-3 weeks per month all over australia, and eat most of my meals in cafés and restaurants, and i have always found that luv a coffee in beenleigh to be great service, very good food and coffee for the price. when i meet business associates on south side of brisbane, i nearly always meet there, and a lot of them have since asked if we can meet there again. it is mostly very busy, but the service is fast, and there is plenty of tables.

happy customer!!!. dined here today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. the food and coffee was great along with the very friendly service. would certainly go back again.

i have been in beenleigh visiting rellies. i have had a coffee here everyday, the staff are lovely. the food is pretty awful, white bread, cheap and nasty food really. the price of a takeaway coffee today just cost me $5.60!!!! omg it's a coffee, the girl said it's a large! and well it's burnt so it's worth nothing! shame really nice place and people, rubbish food and prices.
