i have hardly felt so cheated ever, the way i felt when the bill arrived. on the menu they mentioned you get 2 whisky of 30ml free on ordering 10 small whiskey. we clarified the same with the staff and he confirmed that we need not to order all ten together but when the bill came they charged us for all 18 drinks we ordered and told us that we had to order all 10 drinks together to avail the offer. not only that they charged 75 bucks for kinley water which was printed with rs.20/-. this is absolutely illegal as per consumer law but thanks to our consumer forum, such business can easily sustain.

we had chicken wings, chicken dumplings, chicken on nachos and french fries and i must say the food was good and so was theserviceuntil the bill episode started.

classy pub with a rich ambience. loud live dj and good collection. excellent service, quality cocktail and delicious food i must say though i had a few. we ordered cocktails old fashioned and purple rain. both were just brilliant. in food, we had beer chicken chips, smokey chilly fish & mustered fish tikka. as they were delicious, not much spicy though. waiters were very courteous andservicewas very prompt. the live counter was interesting too...

as per my knowledge no restaurant can force us to pay theservicecharge if we don't want to. but today the kind of behaviour we faced here was horrible. the kind of rules and regulations they have created recently that are very stupid. i kind of liked this place on my first visit but never going again. i was forced to pay theservicecharge even though i didn't want to.

1k or 2k should'nt be charged as theservicecharge when the price itself has reached its sky....!!!

thieves. they tried to drive us out of the restaurant at 9:45, for a 7:.30, table reservation. they then denied us the 20% discount that we were entitled to, based on the easy diner offer that we had made the reservation. terribleservicefor the very or der placed as well. absolutely disgusting. and this after we had a bill of almost 20k between 3 people!!!! most terrible experience ever and most importantly, disgusting thieves.

substandard food. drinks are overpriced as compared to many other options that worli & lower parel has to offer.serviceisn't courteous at all. i'd say the place enjoys more advantage of its location than its customers.

after planning for a very long time, decided to check out this place. i gotta say, ambience was pretty niche and appleaing. besides that, everything else was disappointing. almost 50% of the items won't be on the menu, especially the drinks. we ended up drinking a beer which was no better than piss.servicewas ok'ish and seating arrangement was uncomfortable.

for the price they charge their quality of food is absolute garbage. starters were good, but the mains, was not worth it. i'd highly recommend you to go to this place just for a couple of shots and starters. other than that, nothing great except for the ambience

we went there on a saturday evening! they didn't let us in stating we were drunk! in a group of 8, only one of us were drunk, we told them let others in while the one drunk would stay outside! they treated us so bad and also charged a cover amount of 1000 rs per person. whereas, i came outside and called lord of the drinks via the number given in google . they said its walk in free. then i went to the manager and asked him why he wouldn't let us in for free,he said ' there is a girl who is not wearing decent clothes' like i mean come on would he actually judge a girl by her clothes? and in the end we were not let inside! never expected this kind ofserviceby a very good bar!

ambience is average.serviceis good. however price is not competitive. menu on google search is not updated so guest gets a wrong perception of price. imfl choices not available so guest has to pick the costlier one. commitment of discount on phone is not fulfilled in house. quality of food is good but quantity is way to less as compare to price. many other better options are available in the area.

we went there on 26th january around the late afternoon. tried the lord of the meat pizza which was quite wholesome and tasty. but i don’t know why they didn’t allow me to use my dslr inside which was quite weird. theservicealso very good
