hung out at this place last night with a couple of friends and the overall experience was rather underwhelming. to begin with the staff could've been more attentive. theservicewas delayed and we had to follow up on each of our orders multiple times before they made it to the table and this was despite beginning the evening early and there being less crowd. it did not just end there, on three separate occasions through the night the wait staff brought us dishes we did not even order for. to top that, we were even handed a check that did not belong to our table. upon bringing this to the attention of the wait staff, they left it upto us to speak to the manager instead of handling it proactively. the last straw was the experience with the one of the bouncers. usually, they're stationed on the floor of the house to ensure that the guests can have a fun time in a safe and comfortable environment. however, our experience was unfortunately the opposite with the source of discomfort being this said bouncer. there was a lot of staring involved and despite moving away, this person kept orienting himself in a manner that made us feel very uncomfortable. this place could certainly benefit from better customerserviceorientation. overall, quite an unimpressive experience!
