it's a request to everyone to go through all the negative reviews of thisplacebefore coming here. our decision (we were a group of 5, visiting for the first time) to visit this lod was by looking at the relevant reviews and nice pics taught us a hard lesson. you will find that in every review, people are talking about cost and rude manager and it's true! the person at the gate wearing black spectacles isn't welcoming at all (be prepared to get judged and even commented upon). he was trying to create a fake demand for the place. there's no unity in staff, only one person to talk to while others just follow him so they did not even listen to us at first. that man, i still remember his evil smirk when he asked us to wait for 1 hour even when others were let in. even if you are denying you can say it politely. it's ridiculous and he should be ashamed to not learn any hospitality. that arrogance can cost you big. the food was decent thankfully got to eat after 45 mins but if attitude is such then you might lose your customers. i am wondering how employees even bare it.
this was exactly what i didn't want to feel when i left my home for a chill evening. this experience has changed my thoughts in regards to these hyped and paid promotion places with terrible hospitality. no, please! please no.
