staff need way more training - they are either rude or daft, both of which are irritating when theplaceis mostly empty. they also have weird rules given its in a commercial area - no stags for instance for lunch, which is a put off . service is also slow and unaccommodating of special requests. go to cooler places in chennai, this one is a skip for me!
