it's a request to everyone to go through all the negative reviews of this place before coming here. our decision (we were a group of 5, visiting for the first time) to visit this lod was by looking at the relevant reviews and nice pics taught us a hard lesson. you will find that in every review, people are talking about cost and rude manager and it's true! the person at the gate wearing black spectacles isn't welcoming at all (be prepared to get judged and even commented upon). he was trying to create a fake demand for the place. there's no unity in staff, only one person to talk to while others just follow him so they did not even listen to us at first. that man, i still remember his evil smirk when he asked us to wait for 1 hour even when others were let in. even if you are denying you can say it politely. it's ridiculous and he should be ashamed to not learn any hospitality. that arrogance can cost you big. the food was decent thankfully got to eat after 45 mins but if attitude is such then you might lose your customers. i am wondering how employees even bare it.

this was exactly what i didn't want to feel when i left my home for a chill evening. thisexperiencehas changed my thoughts in regards to these hyped and paid promotion places with terrible hospitality. no, please! please no.

food and service as well as the drinks (server was bobby )were good overall it was a goodexperience

have visited lotd many times and had an amazingexperienceeverytime.the food is amazing, with so many options to choose from, i would recommend the chicken tandoori cheese balls and the wide range of pizzas.the cocktails are out of the world , they are really tasty.last but not the least ,the ambience,the hosts, the music will make sure that you have a memorable experience.

thank you for serving us, lotd! this is located on the top flopr of south city mall, and theexperiencewas just amazing! the food was too good, especially turkey and cranberry crostini and pork belly bbq. we also had one of their winter specials rum punch and butterbeer. lastly, topped it off with kamikaze shots!!! all in all, with the awesome dj and heartwarming hospitality, i would recommend this pub cum restaurant to everyone looking to have a fun evening out with friends and partners ✌️✌️✌️

infact i came in during a weekday and still this place was buzzing to next level man !

coming to the service , they were really warm and gentle also insisted us to try their really good cocktails , i was very glad with their warm and acknowledged gestures towards their customers.
server- bhaskar was really acknowledging and amazing, he was all
through helping us with best service !
the manager was also too good.
u can actually give a 5/5 for the service.

known as dip as chips. 9.5/10

pepper chicken fry 9/10
it’s pepper fry chicken with paratha more towards main course though.

arabic chicken skewers 8.5/10
it’s tangy fattoush with hummus pita.

mac and cheese being really tasty out here. 10/10

great place to grab a quick bite and unwind. we ordered the black dal and jeera rice, which was tasty and service was super prompt. it being a wednesday they also had some free cocktails. bhaskar gave us great service and was very friendly. staff is courteous and make it a greatexperienceto dine here!

the quality of food is great and the reception of kushal was a great experience. love to come again. obviously friendly stuff is the greatexperienceand added advantage…

customer service was splendid. we were waited by pradip, and honestly, the overallexperiencewas amazing.

life is not about finding yourself, it's about finding the best pizza and to try the best pizzas in town visit lord of the drinks as soon as possible and be a part of their pizza fest. lod is located at the 4th floor of south city mall just opposite to the food court.
they are serving six different pizzas in this festival. which are :

•kasundi paneer pizza
•gondhoraj chicken pizza
•tangra chilli chicken pizza
•kosha mangsho pizza
•daab chingri pizza &
•chocolate sandesh pizza!!

i absolutely loved the gondhoraj chicken pizza here it was light aromatic, cheesy and full of flavours. this one is highly recommend. next we tried their kosha mangsho pizza, never tried bengali kosha mutton in a pizza but the mutton chunks took this pizza to a whole new level. i'm sure you'll love this one too. the kasundi paneer pizza and tangra chilli chicken pizza was also good in taste.
we ended this amazing gastronomicexperiencewith chocolate sandesh pizza, this pizza was totally unique. if you are a chocolate lover don't forget to try this one.
we tried few mocktails as well and all the mocktails were very refreshing.

overall i had a great experience. don't miss this fest if you are a true pizza lover.

brilliant food and ambience. myexperiencehere has been nothing short of fantastic. additionally, our attendant (kushal) was at his toes throughout and was helpful at every step. absolute thumbs up! 😍

i came there on saturday night with my friends. i loved the service and the ambiance. the staff was very polite and helpful especially mr. shreyas payar who helped me alot and guided me with the menu. though he was at the bar counter he was ready to offer his help to us. thank you for such an amazingexperience❤

worst everexperiencewhen you have a toxic manager at the pub! even after spending >15k bill for 4 persons, manager was too rude and forcing us to leave the table asap as we crossed 2 hrs... we were still ordering but he demanded 3k per person cover charges if we had to stay inside any further..this is just ridiculous!!! worst ever service, staffs are just moving chairs without even requesting the persons sitting... never seen such worst service and attitude...
