consistently delicious!. everyone we go to lock keepers it is fantastic. we don't go as often as i'd like but year after year it is wonderful. i highly recommend them to anyone who asks. homemade pastas, the pork chop is huge and always a favorite. the spicy ape getting with lobster mussels shrimp and calamari was amazing! chef specials are always a delight. so many things to mention. atmosphere is elegant hostess accommodating wait staff was superb! go there!

awesome!!. we dine out practically every weekend. no matter where we go in the area, this remains one of our favorite places. what can i say except that they do everything right. the food, the service and the decor are all top notch. i hope that you do not change a thing. i'm getting hungry again just thinking about it.

spinach pappardelle pasta. hand made pastas are hard to come by, and this is my new favorite dish at lockkeepers! freshly made spinach pasta sheets with creamy goat cheese, fava beans, fresh peas, asparagus and mushrooms...all my favorite veggies in fact! so delicious, it will really get you in the mood for spring! yum!

luxurious happy hour destination!. a few of my girlfriends and i decided to try lockkeepers for happy hour this past week. trying to find a central location for all of us to meet has always been a challenge, but not anymore! not only is valleyview central for all of us, we were totally delighted with the excellent food and wine for happy hour at lockkeepers. delicious thin crust style pizzas for $5, glasses of wine for $4, and a very luxurious atmosphere, with service to match! we had a fabulous girls night, and plan to return very soon!

upscale casual. the food is wonderful, and so is the service. atmosphere of dark woods and heavy flatware.

my fiance and i were in the cleveland area for the first time, going to some "prize winner" meet i got in the mail. it ended up being some stupid time share and we thought our day was a bust. we are from 45 mins north of pittsburgh (go steelers!). we decided to get a bite of late lunch and stumbled upon lockkeepers. upon entering we didn't think we were up to dress code, but the host was very friendly and glad to seat us. what a georgious place. we had the most wonderful lunch and it was and always will be special to us. fantastic beautiful cuisine in an elegant setting. absolutely the perfect end to our little road adventure! we hope to have our rehearsal dinner there for our close family and friends!

beautiful place and very busy but the staff is not pushy and rush the guests out to turn the tables over.

my mother and i were in town to visit the cleveland clinic and looked up restaurants in the area. lockkeepers came up as one of the top rated and reviewed restaurants so we figured why not give it a try and see what all of the hype was about. it was about a 20 minute drive from the clinic and very easy to get to. it was just off the freeway.  the atmosphere and interior design is amazing. its one of those restaurants that, for some reason, look bigger on the inside and takes you by surprise as to just how high end the interior design is. they have a cozy lounge area and beautiful spacious dinning area with a really high cathedral ceiling. 

after taking my first bite of my entree, i knew exactly why they had so many positive reviews especially regarding their food. i ordered the lobster ravioli and it was out of this world. it was one of the best tasting meals i've had in a long time. the bread they brought out before our meal was soft, fresh, warm home made bread and the spread they make and serve with their bread is the best i ever had. my mother ordered there chicken and it too was delicious.

the service was super friendly and polite. they even have valet parking. they let you choose between eating in the dinning area or the lounge. our waiter was really friendly and had a great personality. 

my only complaint was that the portion size of my entree was small. it did not come with any sides either. if it had at least  come with a potato, it would have made a big difference in the overall value. my mothers chicken had a better portion size and did come with mashed potatoes. however, it was the only restaurant of this kind where your soup and salad do not come with their entree's and actually cost extra. 

the pricing wasn't too high for it being a higher end restaurant with very high quality of food. our meal was $48. they have a wider range of prices so it isn't hard to keep your meal under $50 for two people but you can easily spend twice that if you're not concerned with price and want to order more food or more expensive entree's. 

overall, it was a great experience, the food was incredible, friendly service and staff, and we will likely visit there in the future.

what amazing service! it is difficult to decide if the food or the service is king? stopped for drinks and a couple of appetizers. we've been treated as if we were regulars. a touch of class on the canal.

exceptional!. attentive service, wonderful squab entree, perfect wine, decadent dessert...what more is there?

amazing experience. we lived in the area all our lives and have never dined here. we decided to try this for our anniversary and it was wonderful. service was amazing and the dinner, along with the appetizer, salad, entree and of course the gelato were delicious. we highly recommend this for a special night out.

top flight. good ambiance, excellent service and outstanding food. have never gone for dinner, but have visiting on a number of occasions for lunch. daily specials are really amazing. for example, today's special was cup of soup (minestrone or tomato/basil(which was super)), spring mix salad, lamb and mashed potatoes. every bite was savory. truly didnt need the knife except to cut the beans. slightly pricy, but a very very good value for what you get. highly recommend.

fabulous. i am very critiquing when it comes to dining, especially fine dining. my husband would say that's an understatement! our experience at lockkeepers was one of our best of recent memory. great food, service, atmosphere and prices! we'll be back!

nice cozy happy hour hideout. i visited this place for happy hour, the bar tenders were wonderful, the crowd was laid back and the food was terrific. can't wait to go back and try the home made pasta.

went last night and had a table in the bar. our waiter joe was excellent!! we could do without the baby crying but thankfully they left so we could enjoy our evening. appetizers were great
