lovely atmosphere here. staff were very accommodating to my large group (i asked to bring a table of 12 forward by 2hrs). food is great quality and very tasty. perhaps not as stellar as it's sister resteraunt but great it's not itself all the same. staff were friendlier than typical for asian resteraunts. great place for couples and work nights out. fair pricepoint.

really nice

i went there with a work colleague. it was really nice (pork spring rolls were a bit ropey tbf). lovely chicken in black beans sauce and crispy chilli beef.

chinese food is always a welcome breeze .. has stirred fried tohfu and steamed rice ... schezwan sauce spiced up the whole stuff ... with fresh orange juice . would like to visit again .

really bad service. if you want to taste their food, be ready to wait 20mins to be seated even all tables are available. there were just 4 tables are seated and plenty tables were available, but still had to wait for ten mins to be seated. ten minutes past, still no staff came to us, so we had to leave. rude and impolite staffs. never go this place again.

been going here for years and the food is great, i haven't ever had a bad meal and would recommend anything off the menu. over the past few years prices have gone up and it's not one of the cheapest places but as others have come and gone this place remains. i would especially recommend the sizzling cantonese beef as the meat is always tender.

avoid!. very unappealing dim sum menu including "beef balls", "chicken discs", "duck and cheese crescents" and pork "war tips"!
the service was unwelcoming at best, and the wine was disappointing - £24 for a bland bottle of ribera del duero descibed as having a "fungal backbone"!
the crispy duck pancakes were stuck together and very difficult to separate.
the dim sum platter included a curried samosa which contained an unidentifiable mushy substance tasting like a combination of coconut and avocado!
the crispy chillie beef was mediocre, but inoffensive.

toby young's review os broadly right. depressing and slow welcome. if this restaurant has recently opened then its not seen a duster since. bbq spare ribs were tough not melting. though there was so much brown sauce - not the hp type, that would have been better - that it took my taste buds 2minutes to distinguish the meat. i'd say there must, just must, be better.

lovely food and attentive service with a smile. not quite sure how £21 per head banquet for 5 managed to morph into £215 bill though ....

dreadful. was a regular until today. very slow service, half the family's food arrived cold. sent it back (they left the cold plate of food on the table and just took the remainder still in the serving dish back) and it came back microwaved. manager totally unhelpful left never to return.

excellent food. stands out from all the chineses i have tried and that's quite a few. must try the sliced fillet steak dish! great service can't wait to go back.

best chinese buffet i have had. food arrived quickly after ordering for table of 9 people all had great hot food.& service also great
