little easy is the new 'franklin' on ponsonby rd, newly renovated it is a comfy pub. i went there to meet some friends for dinner after work and we sat in a booth downstairs which was cosy and comfy. there is also plenty of outdoor areas as well as upstairs. the menu is american style pub fare with big hearty burgers. i had the fried chicken burger and my friends had the double bacon double cheese burger. apparently the brioche bun that the dbdc burger came in was amazing, so i think i would definitely get that next time.
i have an obsession with salted caramel at the moment, so i had the salted caramel ice cream for dessert, it was fantastic, it tasted like it might have been the kohu rd ice cream.
