best mexican. this is by far the best mexican restaurant in the city! the chips are steamy hot with a seasoning salt, yum! the chicken fajitas are awesome, the best! not to mention the regular (house) blended margaritas are great, most in city are kool aid! great service! thanks little cancun, keep up the great work

our horchata is homemade its in a gallon cuz that's where we store it... and i'm really sorry to hear u had a rude waitress cuz we really strive for great service we try to provide a friendly staff and fyi we have never had a complaint about our horchata.

well today my wife wanted some of the flautas from here. i am currently working in a different city so i only needed to order 2 flautas for her to go with the rest of her dinner when she got out of work. i get a call from grubhub stating that the restaurant was to busy and would not be able to have her order ready at 7:30 when i placed the order at 3pm this afternoon. so i guess its time to find another mexican restaurant to go to because apparently they don't appreciate the business no matter what size order.

best deal in town. the taco deal on tuesday is the best! you get 3 giant tacos for $3.50. add cheeze and beans and you are in taco heaven.

not authentic mexican food. expensive, although they do have good "daily specials. the waitress was rude, the horchata is gross, out of the gallon. wouldn't recommend!!!!

been to many mexican restaurants and for my location, prices and the chips... well we love it!!! they have a very friendly staff. the food and fish fry are awesome. they have never ever screwed up our order and i have a family of picky eaters (no lettuce, tomatoes and some don't like cheese). we love this place!!!

bland, bland, bland. the food has no taste to it. they need to break out the seasonings! service is good - i.e. they bring mediocre food quickly.

good for a quick descent mexican meal......but for better veriaties make the trip to milwaukee. best mexican resteraunt el senorial 31st and burnham hands down!!

tried it for the 1st time this past weekend... i got the chimmy's and they were good. a little dry and not too much flavor but they were still good. family had chunky beef tacos and those were very good. chips and salsa they serve are very tasty with the seasoning. fresh and hot made to order. the service is pretty good. could be a little better considering how small the place is. gets a little cramped with 4 at a table. i would go back... enjoyed the food.

decent. the chips were good. salsa that came out of the plastic squeeze bottles was decent. i had the #1 combination with a chopped meat burrito and 3 enchiladas1 cheese and 1 chicken. all was good, not fabulous. not much atmosphere to the place. tables were old and laminated. there was a small bar on the far side of the restaurant. i would go back again. there are much better options with a drive to milwaukee.

enchiladas!. food is great, service is fast and friendly. looks crummy from the outside but i find it to be the best mexican food around!

another great meal and thus time the all you can eat fish fry with beans and rice. gauc and corn tortillas a must. super delish $8.95. see pic

i long time favorite with great variety of dishes. now that's it's franklin's only restaurant, (gus's does not qualify), people are really flocking to this gem. the warm seasoned chips and two great salsas start your meal off great and they are bottemless!! i usually have the great chunk beef enchiladas but have recently tried more and more different dishes. a must is the pork chops, two nice sized fried chops, topped with grilled veggies, beans and rice. boy o' boy , can you say plate envy? liz....., the tapiquena is awesome and the #2 combination of chili releno and chunk beef enchiladas rock!! prices on everything are very reasonable and service is great. support local businesses like this and stay away from crap chains!!!

i'm no expert in mexican dishes but the tacos, quesadillas, tostadas, and salsa/chips are delicious!!! the frozen margaritas are tasty and do not skimp on the tequila!!!! i love going to little cancun'n

kind of wierd spot for a restataunt. it's a small place and not much to look at as far as decor. only went one time but it was ok. not my 1st or even 2nd choice to get mexican but the optios are limited in oak creek and franklin area. nice for a quick cheap bite to eat but there are better places. food and service were both ok but not the greatest
