despite the "temporarily closed" message on urbanspoon, this place is definitely open! the catfish is really good! the filets are huge! each one was the size of my hand or more, and i'm a 6' guy, so they're pretty substantial. if they were to make fresh fries rather than frozen and fresh tartar sauce rather than packets, it would be a huge success. but the catfish itself is fresh, seasoned well, and really tasty!

while there were no issues with their food, i highly suggest you pay with cash or monitor your bank statement if you decide to pay with a card. someone thought it would be nice to go shopping at albertson's on my dime however it turns out that the transaction was declined...suckers

best catfish ever.. the staff is amazing. very friendly and welcoming. the food is the biggest bang for your buck you will ever receive. plus they give senior discounts, which makes them even nicer. the catfish is to die for. i will definitely be coming back.

this catfish is the bomb! best catfish i've had in a while.

we normally have catfish on friday nights & our regular place has gone down the tubes. i am so glad i found lee's! the prices are great for what you get - 2 filets (not steaks) fries & hush puppies for around $8. and the filets are almost too big for the box! i wanted to get cole slaw, too, but they ran out. oh well, next friday!

friendly folks, good food. that's what it's all about!

great food and great service. all food cooked fresh to order. i had a catfish basket with cajun spice. lee the owner also let me know the chicken used is all organic. great value. a big thumbs up. i will be back.
discovered this small locally owned eatery using urbanspoon when i arrived at dfw. easy to find right off of tx 183 east
