the ambience reminds you of a beach somewhere in goa. it is well worth its lounge badge in this respect. they have plenty of couches to go around and even the chairs are comfortable enough. here, they get 5/5.
now, about the service, this could really use some work. we had to holler more than 4 times for the menu and also for the bill. even after looking at us, some servers simply ignored our calls. not cool, management. train your staff better.
getting to the food, we wanted to order some specific item, but they were short on cheese, so we ordered sambal mushrooms instead. it was good, scrumptious and full of flavour. they later informed us that cheese was back in stock, so we ordered a golden-something-broccoli pizza. the pizza was amazing. in terms of food, they get another 5/5.
the problem is that they shouldn't advertise themselves as a lounge, with what they have on offer. you get loud music, rock and roll live bands, and it can crowded really fast. a lounge is a relaxed place, where you can sit back and talk, without having to shout at the top of your lungs, to communicate. but then again, must *lounges* in the tricity seem to be oblivious of this.
all in all, a good place to hang out with friends, especially if you are a group, since you can get the couches, then. the food is great, they have a decent selection of drinks, and they even serve hookah, which is always a winner. would most probably visit again, for the food. i would also strongly recommend making a reservation first.
