good service; good selection of menu items. sweet potato pancakes were a nice addition to breakfast!

no wait, clean and colorful interiors. coffee was okay, breakfast prices are a little higher. the kids liked their breakfast sausage with egg and bacon with french toast. we shared a veggie omelette, it was bland without much seasoning. overall the food was diner quality, nothing worthy but definitely not greasy.

we have been to layton's more than a dozen times. their staff is so great, they are so attentative. the food is awesome. the atmosphere in the place is very pleasant. i would recommend their 16th street restaurant to everyone.

today we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, larry, who was an absolute delight! there was a short wait and he came outside with a tray of donuts to offer to everyone! the donuts were so soft and delicious, we had to bring some home ( a four hour ride )! larry took the time to get a special box so they would last the ride! his staff also were so sweet and helpful! i recommend everyone go visit larry!

great breakfest place. i highly recommend layton's for breakfest & lunch. food is good, service is responsive & friendly. the owner larry takes a personal interest with his patrons & really is concerned with their dinning experience. look forward to returning during my next visit to ocean city

awesome!. staff is awesome. pleasant and on top of everything! wait, even from outside, is never more than 15-20 minutes. food is consistently great. love this place!

sad. the waitresses are good. the food is bad. pancakes are plain. the french toast was funky tasting. hot chocolate was good. pastries sat exposed on the counter. flies and customers hovered about them. men's room had no paper towels.

good breakfast. home-make cake-style doughnuts were excellent. waffles, pancakes, and omelet all made properly. service was prompt and courteous.

awesome steak and eggs (especially for breakfast), and the cinnamon raisin toast wasn't excessively sweet. we'll be coming back here before leaving oc. also, they have flavored coffee creamers if you're into that sorta thing!

great food service leaves a lot to be desired. aubrey was defensive and not pleasant to be around. needs to find a job that is not in the service industry. would go back but would avoid that server.

awesome. i eat at the 98 street location multiple times a week when in town. simply lovely. breakfast is their strong point for sure and never had a bad meal or experience. kudos.
