la mancha claims its' cuisine as traditional spanish tapas and some italian offerings. i'll start of with a review of the actual place.
if you're close to bar area or actually sitting at the bar, it sure does have a killer view! enjoying a martini bianco, or a hard dry martini will brighten anyones day :)
food-wise.. i'm not overly impressed with their dishes. the taste of the food is obviously amended to suit better for turkish people.
the pastas are a hit or miss, sometimes they overcook the pasta so definitely not 'al dente'. (good to remind them ahead in case you prefer it 'al dente').
tapas platter for two will be a good choice for parties of two or bigger, as it is quite filling. and their baby potatoes are yummy!
drinks! honestly i haven't tried any of their wine, so won't comment on that. but their martinis, and whiskey selection is good.
all in all you can skip the dinner if not too hungry, or feel experimental and go directly for drinks at the bar, while enjoying the amazing views of the bosphorus.
plus: you can smoke at the bar.
