shopping makes us hungry.... and my daughter loves doughnuts... on one such shopping trip we headed to krispy kreme.
we ordered cookies and cream, chocolate dream cake and almond roll over...
the cookies and cream donut was filled with white chocolate and covered on top with chocolate glaze and powdered cookies... it was good... even the almond roll over was good...
the chocolate dream cake is rich and stuffed with chocolate... i personally don’t like the bitterness of the filling and the runny texture of the chocolate filling.. it can be thicker.. i personally don’t like stuffed donuts at krispy kreme...
have been here many times before and have tasted the other variants such as vanilla chocolate chip and mango masti...
kristina kreme sells donuts that areglazedand if you don’t like the over powering taste of sugar then these donuts are not for you.. it’s all about personal taste..
the place has a lot of comfortable seating to hop onto to finish your donuts..the place is clean and the staff are friendly...
i wouldn’t say that they have the best donuts but it isn’t too bad a stop when you are looking for short eats while shopping..

best donut in town... tried most of their donuts.. originalglazedand berrylicious are my favourite.. even the mango flavour also great.. every month they come with new items.. waiting for the next

yum, yum and yum always wanted to review this place located at express avenue ground floor. best place for donuts.glazedone and custard filled are my most favourites.

the shop ambience is really good place to chill out.
they have various combos available.
the milkshakes are good though. the espresso chocolate was the best.

chocolate dream cake donut is a chocolate overdose filled wid chocolate cream inside the donut which jus oozes wen u have a bite of it.

originalglazeddonuts ar explain donuts wid butter glaze on top of it.

vanilla lovers should try the vanilla chocolate chip donut with one of the best vanilla creams.

the price is worth it.

best place in the city to have donuts 🍩 ambience is classy quality is always fresh this will be my 6th visit and am in love with kk. one will feel like having more and more such tasty donuts they serve, don't miss out to try the originalglazeddonuts that's the signature ones, i bet you will not be disappointed

we went and brought originalglazedand other assorted varieties. the doughnuts were very bad quality. they did not even taste like doughnuts. it felt like it was still doughy and uncooked. does not stand for the brand name.

krispy kreme is one of the very old doughnut shops in the world. it was established first in new orleans in the year 1937 by a baker named vernon rudolph. it is famous for it'sglazeddoughnuts or the oil cakes. and yes, the shop in chennai serves precisely the highest quality doughnuts as in the us.

we friends decided to get some after dinner donuts at krispy kreme on weekday. the shop is well placed near one of the entrances in ea. you can identify it by it's famous bowtie logo. once you enter you get to see the oldest and the famous krispy kreme donut making machine. and, it will be cooking the signatureglazeddonuts. the seating area is good.

the service was good. there were two people and they helped us well. you can ask them about anything in the menu and they will answer keenly.

the donuts are dainty and scrumptious. we ordered the vanillaglazeddonut, churros donut and the signature chocolate dream cream donut. the latter was no doubt the best of the place. once you take a bite over the oil cake, the chocolate filling inside just infuses newer tastes for your palate. do try the chocolate dream cream donut. we also had a coffee frappe. believe me, one shake is enough for two people.

the price is a little heavier in the pocket. but they have this equitable combo where if you buy 6 donuts they give you 6 more for free. this was tempting.

good as always, theirglazeddonuts are a must have. soft and melt in your mouth. we ordered theglazedand a couple chocolate doughnuts, the salted caramel drink (which nobody makes as great as krispy kreme) and iced tea.
amazing variety with a plethora of flavours, and very tempting combo offers.

this place is a gem for doughnut lovers, located in the ground floor of express avenue. munching on some donuts after shopping , sounds perfect.
on a weekday post lunch my friend and i decided to catch up and we zeroed up on this place.
they've got an ac seating area and an open area which is not air conditioned. most people choose the outdoor area because that gives a better view.
they had an offer get a sugarglazeddonut free if you buy one and a hot chocolate. so we got that and another heart shaped donut. the name of which i don't remember :p

the hot chocolate was good. and since i had cold i found it more soothing for my throat. the sugarglazeddonut was simple and the best. tasted totally fresh.
i liked the chocolate one but that wasn't as fresh as the other one. it had a filling of chocolate and topped with crushed chocolate again.

total bill was around 400 so. i would want to keep visiting the place and explore the other options they offer.

would also suggest you to visit them!

i'm so delighted to write this review because, the first doughnut i had at krispy kreme. i had somewhat of a chocolateglazeddoughnut and it was like floating in heaven. good job!

donut lovers would like it, dropped in for a drink.. since am not a person with sweet tooth, settled in for a drink. nice place to hang out with friends if you have a thing for caramelglazeddifferent types of 🍩...

this place serves awesome doughnuts.tried their originalglazedand chocolate doughnuts.originalglazedis amazing and so soft.wil try their other variants in future

prologue: ate krispy kreme doughnuts in usa back in 2000! after coming back to india ,waited for many years for them to open an outlet here. my wishes were granted after krispy kreme finally opened in bangalore and eventually came to chennai!

location: the outlet is situated on ground floor in express avenue. easy to spot it as it has prominent glass windows.

experience:i have bought doughnuts here more than a dozen times!! been to their outlets in forum and phoenix malls but this is the best outlet! you actually get to see the doughnuts been made behind the glass door!
plenty of tables available for seating unlike the other outlets.

doughnuts: originalglazeddoughnuts are a paradise for the taste buds🤗😋. the doughnut literally melts in your mouth!! you can easily gobble up half a dozen of them!
i always get a box of 12( u pay only for 9). some weekdays u even get offers like buy 12 and pay for 7!
every month they have special collections like chocolate indulgence, caramel etc which r great!

my personal favorites are
1.original glazed
2.double chocolate
3.chocolate dream cake
4.vanilla
5.chocolate with sprinkles
6.caramel

be sure to microwave them for 15-20 seconds before consuming. they taste best when warm!👌

i am crazy 😜 for doughnuts 🍩 which makes me go nuts. it is the over doze for ur tummy. me ordered for chocolate glaze n strawberry 🍓 sause filled doughnut. choco galze was too gud with taste like nutella n another one was too juicy , softer spongy inside the top layer wasglazedwith sugar. this satisfies my sweet tooth 😋😋😋
