butter chicken taste was horrible. chicken half cooked, mushy in texture and taste. fish smell was prominent in gravy. total disaster and disappointment. bad experience. home delivery are usually not that great and today was no different. refund with interest is the only resolutuon to this tyrany. was not expecting this kind of taste and quality.

food was good in taste. price of drinks were on higher side. they also run some discount scheme ask them before order.
check your bill before payment. twice i was about to pay vat. since there is only one tax. vat and service tax is invalid.

i will be sharing only an experience i had in this hotel. reader can use his best judgment to draw a conclusion.
i went to this hotel on 05/04/2019 with two friends. having asked about the current scheme floated in the hotel, the concerned captain informed us that 25% discount is being offered on liquor if the food bill is of at least rs.300/- per head. since the scheme appealed to us we ordered for liquor and asked for the complementary snacks which was served without any murmur. after having the dinner and all, a bill came as an utter shock to us as the said ‘complementary’ snacks were charged. having confronted the captain, he says that if ‘a customer avails a discount on liquor then the complementary snacks are chargeable’.
so the discount offered was of rs.315/- and snacks (peanuts and papad) were charged at rs.370/-. having again asked why this was not told earlier the concerned captain, with bold chest, says that nothing can be done since the ‘system does not allow’ a change in bill.
this was an utter dishonest practice under the guise of a ‘scheme’. quality of food becomes irrelevant when the hotels start indulging in such dishonest practices moreso when the hotels take customers for granted.

we ordered wadi rassa from this hotel but really shocked to see that, no wadi found except rassa.
how you r going to clear this as i didn't finished my food

this restaurant looks only good in pics. ambience is not nice. not at all maintained. dirty tablemats with stains. this place is not properly ventilated nor air conditioned. water fountains r not in working condition, so with some dirty water in it at entrance.
food was too oily. starter was ok. but sizzler was very very oily with tadka & red chilly. first time saw sizzler with tadka. not at all recommendable.

the food delivered is totally different from what we get in the same restaurant. can't expect such difference when ordered from home as i have been to restaurant many times but ordered 1st time from home. disappointed!!

really unhappy with the order recieved.
we ordered for chicken dum biryani but it was not dum..
very very oily... cud not eat it.. had to discard the entire pack.. total waste of money.
u can see in the pics quantity of oil and that too in dum biryani.

went there as a large group. the food was decent. it's a huge place and is really good for big gatherings. non veg was better as compared to veg. the staff is quick and nice as well. would definitely recommend this place!

the best food u can have here in aurangabad and dishes we tried here was apple chicken in starter which was mind blowing and in main course my favourite manglorian chicken curry with crispy rice roti which we don't get anywhere in aurangabad !! and the ambience is pleasant and soothing. and in desert u can try banana split. and hotel kozy thanks for ur great hospitality !!!
