this is a great diner. big and packed, yet there was still a table for us, and, as busy as it was, the staff still seemed to know plenty of folks by name. the chow lives up to other reviews we’ve read. great coffee. aleshea gave thumbs-up on her chow. the blueberry pancakes are easily a peer to skyway jacks, and that’s saying something. we

best burgers and fries in st. pete. handmade burgers, thick cut potato wedges, the best in st. pete. breakfasts are excellent also. wait staff is friendly. i wish they were open longer hours.

i ordered the omelet, it was thin and too greasy. the pancakes were great and service was good.

expensive (bad) breakfasts. had the chicken fried steak for breakfast which was terrible. the lunch platters on other tables looked pretty good. maybe i ordered it too late in the day? (noon.)

breakfasts there run around $8 to $10 which seems a little pricey considering the amount of food received and the dingy location.
