we had a great experience at the king's creek hotel. it was the perfect location for our family dinner as there were plenty of activity for the kids as well as providing a warm and inviting environment. we were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and were imprested by the new menu. there were plenty of options including all the classic bistro meals, i couldn't go past the pork belly, it was delicious with a fennel salad. plenty to choice from on the kids menu also. the prices were very resonable, we will definity be back!

miss. totallt agree with "be prepared for the best and the worst" in every aspect. nothing has changed apart from renovations which does not improve staff attitude or food quality. it is still hit or miss!

returning to melbourne after a few days on the mornington peninsula, we stopped at the kings creek hotel for dinner.

the hotel was practicing good covid19 safety and after signing in, we ordered a range of meals and drinks. the food came out together in a timely manner and was of exceptional quality. highly recommend the pork ribs and fish of the day... amazing!

the staff were well trained being professional, friendly and helpful. the decor was modern, spacious and very pleasant. all in all, we had a fantastic meal and highly recommend this place.

the whole place was dark and you dont know what you are you eating. had a senior meal ,( roast lamb) it turn out only one  fried greasy meat with  frozen veg and the the main meal parmagina was burnt. service was slow. waste money and time

someone turn on the air conditioning. had a parma where we waited for 40mins for. this place is unbelievably hot inside because the owners don't want to turn the ac on. what a pity. will never come back here even though the food was half decent. i've never gone to a pub where it's not aircondioned and comfortable to sit in and eat. boy oh boy.
ps - why are all the good reviews that list this premises as 4.5 and 5 stars, all have only 1 review?   you can usually tell the genuine reviews from the fake accounts set up to give a place a good star  rating, in the hope that patrons 'fall for the review' and visit the place based on numbers.  that old chestnut!!

great burgers,!!! very disappointed with the variety of tap beer. so i ordered a cider that was served flat. the bar attendant then proceeded to ask me if i even know that it's not a beer? i let her know that i do know what a cider should taste like. i was served a new one from another tap, which was still no better. i said i would be happy to have something else only to be told no i had already paid for it.

if you order the roast of the day... be sure to ask what day!
easily the worst pub meal we have ever had!
no amount of salt and pepper could give the roast pork taste.
will not be returning!!!

meals are consistently great and they cater amazingly to the little ones 😀
we'll come again and again.
the specials are always fabulous and the staff are super friendly.

nice place to eat, could be more lights i found it to be too dark, had parma was nice but waiting nearly an hour is crazy. must improve if you want people to turn up in droves.

came here with mum tonight, she had the lambs fry and i had just a chicken parma ( a great parma by the way...) now for someone who has eaten lambs fry all her life, and for her to say it's one of the best she's ever had is pretty damn spectacular! well done kings creek hotel!! and for those who type their complaints and say nasty things but won't actually speak to staff or management...grow up!

it's always abit hit and miss with kingas, you could order the same thing every time you visit and the food will be a diferant meal ...it could be to do with the high turnover of chefs. pretty basic pub menu, good for large group bookings nothing fancy.

pub we came for dinner after work on a thursday night. place was packed... we were lucky to get a seat!

has your standard pub fare, although they were out of the first couple of things i wanted to eat so had to settle for third choice (ribs)... but i guess they were busy. ribs were alright, could have used a lot more sauce but not overly bad.

the desert however was a major disappointment. ordered lava cake and what i received was an overlooked cake - no melted center and the base was hardened from over cooking... clearly they had microwaved the desert too much.

it was very disappointing.

disappointing when you head into the sports bar after dinner to have a game or two of pool and a few drinks and get told its closing in 5min.. i'd get it if it was 11pm on a sunday or weekday but seriously it was 8:10pm on a saturday night..
