ate here because my friends and i were craving for japanese food. and since it was a sunday, the restos are filled with people so, we just decided to give kenji tei a try.

i ordered oyakodon and honestly, i am satisfied. though i have a wish that they have an option of "upgrade to unlimited rice" so that i will not be ordering another cup. the serving is really generous. however, i can say that the price is kind of expensive. but since, i am paying for the taste and satisfaction, i suggest, lower it by 30 pesos. if not, then the price is fine. my friends said that their food is also okay, but i must go back to have some for myself. ;)

i was kind of disappointed with the service. for me, every resto should learn to serve water first thing before giving the menu 'coz honestly, the food is too long to be prepared. so yeah, i hope every resto will take note of this.

ordered their chashu miso ramen for lunch. never tbought it would disappoint my palate. i found it a little bland, dull, and forgettable. the ramen was a little bit tough to bite too. the char siu was ok; could've been cooked tender. the umami was missing on this huge bowl.

2nd visit: i tried the gomoku shio ramen this time and i think i'll stick to the curry ramen, not that its bad but i think it is lacking in some flavours. we also ordered california maki which is not that intact but delicious nonetheless.

1st visit: since we are craving for japanese food, we ended up trying this place.

we ordered shio ramen which i think is lacking in flavour. curry ramen is the one that i really like and i'll highly recommend this one. gyoza is another one that's good.

service staff is quite good, the person (marg) who served us knows what they are offering quite well.

love the ceiling treatment that they used inside. i believe that it is somewhat resembles ramen noodles.
