we booked for iftar, money deducted
but no one was confirming our booking
their landline was not in use and mobile number was not picking calls
totally useless, better don’t try this restaurant for online order, not suggestible.

i had a very good image of karachi grill
but today i have seen the worst quality food with the worst casual behavior of the staff
it was looking like that they have paid for our food and we didn’t pay.
i went there with my company staff today at iftar. but my only purpose to put this review is please please teach your staff to behave well and with respect especially the girl on the reception.
seriously horrible experience
first they forgot my reservation.

air conditioning was too bad, been there 4 times in a year but they still make the same excuse. the receptionist was on the phone and no regards for customer at desk. parking availability is a big concern.

good was amazing quality

1. crispies served were soggy.
2. requesting 2 refill of welcome drink raised eyebrows.
3. person taking the order seemed not interested and in a hurry.
4. lamb chops had least meat and were chewy.
5. butter chicken was too sweet.
6. chicken handy was bland.
7. speaking to the manager about all above went on deaf hears. we paid and left for food which was below grade, when compared with our previous visit.

had my cousin over from india so decided to take him to karachi grill restaurant for their lunch buffet on sunday. must say it was well worth the price of aed 59 per person. they served the grills and naans fresh and hot on the table and even the rest of the widespread buffet dishes were very flavorful and delicious. the ambiance was also nice and we overall enjoyed our lunch experience with them. will surely recommend and visit them again.

this is one of the best pakistani fine dining food restaurants in dubai! i love the decor and classiness of the place. perfect for a dinner party for those picky relatives of yours ;).
we reached here at 12 am on saturday night after they confirmed that they will be open till 1 and this was the best thing for us late birds. as no other worthy place was open till then.
the staff were impeccably polite and the food gave no indication of the lateness of the hour. for starters we had the dynamite prawns and specially loved the sauce with it. main course we got two huge bar b q grill platters and every single morsel was fresh and well cooked. we got dum biryani as well which was exquisite even for my american relatives! the green chutney along with it was a total hit.
all in all a total hit.
the best deal was that we got 30% off on our esaad card so the reasonable prices became all the more reasonable.
totally recommended.

we hosted an iftar for 85 people last night at karachi grill. i am actually short of words to express the awesomeness of this place. from food to decor to service, everything was beyond outstanding. every single guest of mine was raving about the food and hospitality and the most impeccable service you would expect. the manager sobia was standing and supervising our event throughout the time the iftar party lasted. the food was superb, fresh and was being replenished without us asking even once.
everything was out of this world but what really makes this place gold is the amazing staff and their service extended to the guests.

went to karachi grill for the iftar buffet. to start off with, the place was very crowded and we were given a table on the first floor. it would've turned out to be inconvenient had it not been for the very accomodating staff who served us the buffet at our very own table.
channa chaat was one of the best dishes. rest of the buffet was pretty standard. desserts including custard with fruit and jelly was pretty good.
prices were pretty steep for the buffet spread and taste. maybe it would be worth it for the a la carte.

the food and the ambience of the restaurant was excellent.
the service was on spot, and the food was ready in no time.
no one does grills better than karachi grill.

overall environment was good, but the there were gew issues in food department. serving size was very small and food taste was medicore. moreover, waiters appeared in hurry to remove leftover food from table without giving clients opportunity to relax and enjoy the meal, particularly during iftar meal.

some time food quality good some time fine.
but  ambiance is very cool, need to make extra place for parties.
