worst middle management, when tried to reach out to them to let them aware about the issue at their end, their so called manager karan clearly told to not order from their. when i ask to report to it their managers he responded ‘wo kya kar lenge sambhalna mujhe hai’. other restaurants in that mall has damn good service and only this restaurant has third class staff. suggestion for management to take feedback with customers to make things right.
note: staff is their for customers, not customers are their for your staff.
