they show/mention something and giving lesser than that. worst manager and worst staff, their management need to take care of things. staff has rude behaviour, anyone can experience that in a single visit.

nice to talk, gather and eat. ambience of place is really nice.this cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. i recommend to everyone! i would like to come back here again and again

worst middle management, when tried to reach out to them to let them aware about the issue at their end, their so called manager karan clearly told to not order from their. when i ask to report to it their managers he responded ‘wo kya kar lenge sambhalna mujhe hai’. other restaurants in that mall has damn good service and only this restaurant has third class staff. suggestion for management to take feedback with customers to make things right.
note: staff is their for customers, not customers are their for your staff.

the cafe is quite nice and the ambience is good too. opens early in the morning and stays open till late night so that's a plus as well.

service are tremendous, must be try lasagna for cheese lovers also the service are outstanding and the hospitality or staff discipline well maintained.

i was severely disappointed with this place. i read about the place on zomato and i was excited to visit it. the interiors are good and cool but the first thing that disappointed me was the lack of free water. if you wanted to have water, you had to buy a mineral water bottle and that too of some company whose mrp itself was rs. 40. after battling this disappointment, we were sitting and we had ordered a pizza. the pizza came late and the person didn't even give us plates until we asked for. additionally, the pizza was worst that i had in my life.

i am extremely disappointed in the restaurant and i expected something great.

good place to hangout since it is 24/7 open. tried the arrabiata pasta and the jumbo nachos and both were decently good. the place is a bit not maintained otherwise the food is good.
