just perfect!. the best part about just judy's is the bacon. it was perfectly crisped! if you are wrong, and like soggy/floppy bacon, you won't like just judy's.

the best traditional diner breakfast i know of around indianapolis. consistently delicious meals are combined with low prices. judy's isn't for the frou-frou brunch crowd, and it is pretty tight seating, but it's a tasty bargain.

i have passed just judy's many times and not sampled. our office isn't far from the location and when a coworker came in toting breakfast i was interested. i've been to the place twice, the second ordering for another coworker. i've sampled their breakfast not their lunch menu. my experience was great both times. i was given service quickly and everyone was friendly. while the space is small and limited in seating, it's very clear why they are full of patrons. next time i hope to bring my husband if i'm nice:)

“it’s the little moments that make life big,” i read on the wall as i sipped my morning coffee, waiting on my half-order of biscuits and gravy with a side of cheesy hashbrowns (which came out surprisingly quick by the way).  i’ve never been a morning person, but i do love a good dose of morning inspiration to start my day.  and you’ll get just that when you visit just judy’s on east 62 nd street…along with your very own pot of coffee.  i continued reading the plethora of inspirational wall hangings and thought to myself; i might like to meet this judy lady someday, although, part of me felt as if i already had. the welcoming morning sun spilled in through the large windows, bouncing off the bright yellow walls and illuminating the small diner with happiness – which was the smell of bacon and eggs sizzling in the background.  there was a slight feeling of nostalgia.  it was like a scene that i thought only existed in my childhood movies.  i half expected a director to waltz in, as if th

order the breakfast bowl, but skip the cinnamon rolls.. i love places like this. the ones that are mysteriously suspicious from the outside because they are in a strip mall, and you sit down and instantly feel like you sat down in your mom's house. the service was friendly and awesome, and the prices are ridiculously good. the food is simply delicious, the selection is good. the coffee is decent but you are treated like you being there means something and they want you to come back. i would choose this place over any chain breakfast restaurant in a heartbeat. unfortunately there aren't enough places like this around anymore but that is what makes it good in my mind.

unexpected yum with excellent service.

who said sobro had to be expensive? on 54th street ( a street i shall hence forth refer to as sobro restaurant row ) sits just judy’s.and like alice’s you can get anything you want there.pizza, burgers, burritos and breakfast any time.and the prices are more than reasonable.for 4 bucks you can get a grilled cheese and all you care to eat house made soup.i opted for their $4.75 sloppy joe and fries special.i may have had better but never  one so reasonably priced.pat tried the breaded tenderloin and ate the whole thing;i think we’re in a race to become the largest ambulatory resident of indy.you know the biggest gainer.i didn’t try any of it but i must say that was one of the best looking bts i’ve seen in a while.these folks even make their own chips and cobblers.i went into lunch without my usual hearty appetite.i would have liked to try some cobbler;you don’t find that too often.but as they say tomorrow’s another day.all and all ( what’s that supposed to mean anyway? )we strongly recomm

it was ok, may try again. we stopped in at just judy's for breakfast this morning after reading several positive reviews. the staff are very friendly and it's obvious there are plenty of "regulars". the western omelet was huge and filled with plenty of ham, cheese, onion, and green pepper. the only complaint about it was the veggies inside were just raw veggies thrown in. i think it would have had a much better flavor if the veggies would have been sauteed or at least thrown on the grill for a little while. the side of hash browns were also generous and had a decent flavor. the pancake completely filled the plate (glad i only got a single). i can't imagine trying to eat a stack of three as large as they are! it had a taste very similar to what can be made at home. if we're going out specifically for pancakes we'll probably stick to one of the other local places. the fruit and yogurt parfait was ok as well. nothing to write home about - a few blueberries in the bottom of the cup, some vanilla yogurt, some granola (with raisins), and topped with two peaches out of a can. my tea was topped off frequently and staff were very attentive. bathroom (at least the men's) was also very clean. we probably go back and try the lunch menu at some point.
