just falafs

i have long just wanted some falafs and i sure am glad i got some. a warning - these are very large serves that a gutz like me appreciates very much.

my favourite healthy veggie treat in melbourne. felafel is fresh and tasty and excellent value. the flavours of all the dishes are perfectly balanced.

lovely place, great service, easy parking and generous and hearty food!!! i ordered the classic pita and it was delishhhh: the falafel was crispy on the outside and moist inside, the hummus and tahini with the pickled veggies were amazing. would defs come here again 😋

freshest falafel east of sydney road. fluffy pita, fresh salads, perfectly crafted tahini and hummus. you seriously can't go wrong with any option on the menu. i recommend the haloumi pita or the mixed plate.

potentially the best falafels i have ever eaten. beautiful, fresh ingredients and an amazing hummus. i ordered the classic plate via uber eats with a side of flatbread - highly recommend!

some of the best falafels i’ve had! the class ic and harissa pita are amazing, the classic pita is my go-to and is great every time i’ve had it! tried the sabich once but the eggplant was deep fried too long and tasted like oily charcoal, maybe they just a bad day. depending on the time, lines can be long and you can wait up to 20 - 25 mins, so i would recommend ordering by phone 15 mins beforehand.

seriously good food. best falafels and salads i've tried in australia. fresh vibrant ingredients and the salads are extremely good value for the quality. friendly service, bright and cheerful shop, biodegradable takeaway containers. it's one of the best vegetarian options in melbourne.

really yummy vegetarian food!

great flavours and textures. highly recommend for anyone who loves to eat and not feel as guilty doing so. reasonable prices and the deliver to local suburbs.

i ordered uber eats from here after hearing good reviews. i ordered the cauliflower salad, falfels and drink. the drinks did not arrive and the salad was stone cold. it didn't mention the salads being cold on the website, even a little warmed up would be nice. the falafels were good, just very very salty.

i came here with a few friends on a public holiday where they were giving out free pita with falafels (for international falafel day); and free or not, they were amazing!!
the falafels were not too dry and pretty large. the pita bread was fresh and so were the vegetables and salad fillings. the chilli sauce wasn’t too overpowering but gave a welcoming and tangy heat to the dish.
the flavours overall were well balanced and the whole thing was a great size. even the staff were pleasant and chatty considering how busy it was. i will definitely be back here and recommend this place to anyone.

the falafels here are tasty and full of flavour. salads are fresh and good serving of pita bread. i would usually give a four star for the food, but i’ve been here three times now and the service has been fairly low. staff are not engaging, a little ‘too cool’ and once i ordered through for pick up to have my food in the park with friends. 25 minutes later i go to pick it up and the girl laughed and said she had ‘forgotten about it’ so they’re making it up now. i waited over 20 minutes and they barely apologised.
hopefully they can get some more good vibes in the place because the food is nice 👍🏼

i’ve been here three times now because friends keep saying it’s good but every time i’ve been disappointed.
the first time it was flavourless, the second time the cauliflower tasted off and this time i said no spice and i got the spiciest dang pita ever.
i just can’t with this place, over recommended, underwhelmed.

i really like this place. i’d just wanted a salad. and, i needed it quickly because i had a bottom clenchingly small window of opportunity to eat before a nearby meeting. the salad was roasted vegetables - pumpkin, cauliflower, carrot and beetroot - and some grains. it was delivered about 42 seconds after i placed my order when the excellent staff assured me i had sufficient time to eat. the vegetables were cooked superbly and everyone of them was as tasty as all get out. i had trouble picking the star of the dish but i’ll go for the pumpkin which was utterly magnificent. one of these vegetables or maybe a few were cooked with chilli or something similar and left my lips lovely and warm. the grains were seriously tasty too. i loved this meal and might be convinced to go vego over time. a plug for the staff. they were very nice. timing, efficiency, manner - they’re at absolute best practice. they were also playing awesome music here and that scores bonus points as well. love it. happy days. i’m definitely returning here.

very good falafel, i mean very tasty falafel. made to order, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. good salad options.
haloumi plate, $15, very nicely cooked haloumi, good salads, extra $1 for pita. - they were donating a dollar from sales of this dish to a local charity.
baklava or turkish delight for dessert.
modern, trendy store with a small amount of seating. seemed like takeaway was the more popular option.
