a wonderful and an unforgettable evening. after hearing about the opening of the new outlet at #thoraipakkam i made up my mind to visit @juniorkuppanna.india as my long weekend was about to begin.
loved the location to start with and the ambiance. though it was only me around 7, within 30 minutes, the restaurant was almost full.
glad to have met the restaurant manager who explained as to how he grooms every employee to do almost all the work so that in times of emergency, it comes handy.
staffs were really friendly.
i ordered aatukaal soup, chicken kothu parotta, mutton biryani, prawn gravy, chicken gravy, mutton gravy and pallipalam chicken(signature dish).
loved the aroma and mildness of spice which are ground in their own factory to maintain the uniqueness and same standard across all the outlets.
