staff and service is extremely bad.
food which was served was not what was ordered.

the experience is quite bad.
i can never plan of coming this place again.

worst is the word which i can say as my overall experience .

a rooftop ambience and decoration is good. open area and good aroma. food was delicious and good presented. thai spring roll was different and tasty. i will be back here very soon.

a good ambience in jaipur with pool side area i was there with my freinds will enjoyed a lot we ordered mocktail cocktail and starter that was amazing thank you for fern team..

the place is osm the rooftop bar nd restaurant is quietly cool i just love that place and the food
the staff is very polite specially thanks to ms preeti and mr kuldeep who offered us some delicious food and drinks.

best place for dinning with family and friends . ambience was superb i went there with my friends last saturday we all are really enjoyed the live music and pool . food was awesome specially kebab platter and service was superb thanks all juaan team.

it was really an amazing evening there with my friends, we went there to dine out, we just really had great experience with open rooftop and ambience ✌ i would just appreciate mr. abhishek singh chauhan for him warm hospitality, he made our dinning experience very easily and comfort by suggesting such good dishes and coktails specially.. and on other side the guy ishan he was really good at mixology ✌keep it up team. everything was superb from service to food.. i will defently recommend my friends nd family visit once this amazing place. onec again kudo's to all ✌✌🍷🍴

i stayed in the fern jaipur for a day! they have very fine restobar name called juaan what a lovely place worth it!
good atmosphere, good view, swimming pool fountain and with lovely music!
food is delicious ,yummy and spicy specially laal mass it was authentic! love to visit again!

juaan is perfect outlet for outing with friends and family good choice in menu for both veg and non veg taste and quality of food was awesone staff was very kind spicaly thanks to ms.laxmi very active and very kind in nature she suggest us very tasty starter with a good choice of mocktail evry thing is good i was enjoy very much

i was very amazed 😯 happy 😃 and glad 😇 that i found a fabulous 👏 which served delicious 😋 food 🥘

staff was professional and friendly.
a staff of restaurant laxmi, she looked after us very well, throughout the dinner service i was able to see happy 😃 faces around the table. food was tasty 😋 & beautiful ❤️ and great view and a pool !
