velké zklamání, možná jsme měli podle recenzí větší očekávání. black jack burger s modrým sýrem měl v sobě jednu smaženou kuličku sýra, cca 10g a podle chuti ani nešlo poznat zda to je či není modry sýr, rajčatova salsa byla chutna, bulka okej. velké zklamání ovšem hranolky, které nebyli dodelane, ani trochu křupavé a solené. jehněčí burger spíš gumový a ostatní přísady také těžko rozpoznat, opět minimální množství sýra.. domácí neperliva limonáda nejspíš z vodovodu za 85kc asi už jen taková tečka.. celkově drahé, zážitek nic moc..

skvelý, šťavnatý rib eye steak za 11 eur? v centre prahy? áno je to možné.
aj napriek tomu, že sme tam boli hneď po štvťfinálovom zápase česka s kanadou /?/ obsluha ten nápor stále zvládala s úsmevom na tvári. vynikajúci podnik.
už sa neviem dočkať ďalšej návštevy.

it wasn't good for that price. personal was horrible ... we waited approximately one hour for two burgers. i do not recommend this restaurant.

příjemná obsluha,ale jídlo nic moc dali jsme jsi hovězí steak, který nám přinesli přípálený a jako přílohu k tomu jsme měli hranolky, které byli přesolené. restaurace byla moc hlučná, vůbec jsme dotyčného neslyšeli. ale co musím pochválit jsou nachos s chedarem ty byli vynikající.

jsem opravdu překvapen z toho, jak vysoké hodnocení má tento podnik. dnes dva rozdílné burgery a oba dost podprůměrné, navíc hranolky nasáklé olejem tak, že se to prostě nedalo! obsluha za skoro hodinovou návštěvu několikrát zcela mimo! jasně že je tento podnik jen pro turisty, protože rozumný člověk by se sem podruhé již najíst jistě nešel!

the place is really busy, having an indoor and outdoor.
the decoration is too simple.
the service was good.
portions and prices are fair.
the halloumi burger is tasty.
what i did not like that people working in the kitchen dont put gloves while cooking and preparing food.

amazing burgers just besides the castle complex. i had a beef one while wife ordered chicken one. i loved the beef one. patty was nicely done and the sides were great too. i'll head over straight to this place whenever i crave for amazing burgers near castle complex.

happiest when..🍟🍔the most delicious burger and sweet potato fries ever i had . we all deserve a perfectly prepared burger delicious and unique. joyfull . you will visit again and again once you come then you can't wait yourself to come and enjoy the food . it's awesome and the inferior of the joy burger is very good😋😋😋.

we tried this restaurant for lunch, it is located near the powder tower.
the tables are so close and the place is a bit small.
we had halloumi beef burger, scaloppini chicken burger and thin fries.
we food was ok.
fair prices.

přítel miluje burgery takže máme prolezlé snad všechny restaurace kde se dělají, a musím říct že takhle patří mezi jedny z těch top. doporučuji naštívit

terrible service, extremely rude on the phone. i asked a simple question and the gentleman shut the phone on my face. i called again and he did it again. terrible way to get a new client. even if i dont try it i would now for sure never try it

we found this place by chance because everywhere was closed for christmas. when we were there, there is no place and we waited. after 10 mins we sit and ordered goulash soup, duck hamburger and french fries. i tried lots of goulash soup and this one was the worst. duck hamburger includes honey mustard that’s why its middle rate. however duck was really bad. moreover, french fried was the worst! i don’t recommended

too lowsy inside, and we had to eat on the balcony.
the traditional goulash soup is very tasty. i tried a rib eye, asked it uncooked, but they said they had only medium.. so it was a little bit hard to eat.

joy burger has relatively ok burgers and is in the centre. tourist-oriented, the staff initiate every greeting, order or inquiry in english—despite being reminded several times "česky", "i am czech!". the place is clean and tidy. however, as it is, a major contributor to the atmosphere are the staff. the word "unpleasant" or "dreadful" are weak to describe the behavior of the staff. i am a fan of burgers but i certainly wouldn't advise this restaurant to locals, not even tourists. a shame. the only joy you might get is from the burger. 2 stars and no more for this place.

it is a very nice place, well decorated and very confortable but one of the waiters was really rude with my friend when she said that she was only drink and snack something.
i think that in a general way they treat the tourists really bad.
didn't taste the burgers so i'm not able to comment it.
