typical jimmy johns located here in lex. the people were friendly who worked here and they made the sub extremely fast. i would go back here for sure. wish they had more offerings for sides and subs however, but thats a corporate decision!

they are crap i went this morn to get a number 9 told them no lettuce they got the toppings right the meat wrong. where they do that at? i hate turkey

forgotten items. i've ordered from this location multiple times and each time they forget my drink and/or my chips. im constantly having to remind them or call back to have my food resent out. waited an hour and a half for them to bring me my chips they forgot one time. good food but they need to get it together.

jimmy johns on mapleleaf... you're employees don't know their own menu? nobody wants just bread and ham. i was very dissapointed in the service i have gotten from this store.. now were enjoying quiznos.

my order took over an hour and a half just to get there and when i did get it the coke was watered down and the bread was old. i will never order from this jimmy johns again.

won't go back. i once loved this location and jj's but i've had two bad experiences in row with them. first their web site indicated they open at 10:30am but when i drove through one day slightly before 11am no one was there to ask for my order. i waited and waited and as i drove through, the person that should have been taking orders (with the headset on) and another employee were hanging outside the back door taking a smoking break. so i thought maybe they didn't open 11, but their web site indicates opening at 10:30am - but i'll give them a 2nd chance. today, i went by later than 11am, received what i thought was a really good sandwich until i bit into it and there was a hair.. ugh.... there goes that sandwich!! so much for this location and jj's. btw, i asked today what their hours were and they said 10:30am to 11pm... but that's only if they want to work and aren't outside with buddies and their headsets. you're taking your chances with this location.

superdeliciousouness....is that a word?. their sandsiches and subs are simply to die for. i've had them all and i love them all. it's hard for me to decide what to get when i go. tuna roast beef cold cuts turkey ham salami, i just can't decide.

not so fast delivery. sandwich was ok. nothing really impressive. their "freaky fast" delivery was not so fast. waited almost two hours for one sandwich.

i love jimmy john's but not this location. on several occasions i have gotten sandwiches made with old crunchy bread, not the fresh bread they are known for. they rarely get your order specifications right, too. after giving it several chances, i am done going to this location.

yum yum yum yum. number 16 best turkey sub ever! and so fast you freak!

good food, good service plus they deliver. oh, and it at times is actually "freaky fast". i'm talking ten to fifteen minutes.

don't listen to kevin, what a dumb douchenozzle. jimmy johns is great, awesome subs, awesome delivery, and awesome chips! be sure to get a sandwich with sprouts on it too!

not a very good location at all. the staff is friendly but they don't have a microwave to take the chill out of the deli meat for my pregnant wife? even if i did like it i would not be able to eat there for another 9 months.
