jersey mike's subs

deli meats sliced to order. first time here. after karate class, my stepson wanted subway. jersey mike's is in the same strip center as the karate place so i told him to let us give it a shot. we were both glad we did. the gentleman working the deli counter and slicing meats to order was friendly, informative, asked us questions. knowing it was our first time here he instantly made us comfortable and welcome. i simply told him my stepson doesn't eat pork and i love pork deli meats. he said instantly "get him a #7 and you order a #13 which is the turkey provolone and classic italian respectively. both sandwiches were great. the fresh baked bread and non intrusive toppings let us enjoy all the meat and cheese. the classic italian with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni was awesome and "mike's way" toppings are the way to go with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and oregano.
what i really enjoyed is how the young folks working at this place took the job seriously and cared about quality and customer service. it shows too, because by the time we were done with our meal there were over a dozen people in line for more of jersey mike's. we will definitely be back. not bad at all for a chain establishment.

best italian sub in sa! why? because they know that a sub needs olive oil, vinegar, onions, salt & pepper! most places just don't understand you need it spicy and dripping with flavor. ill be back!

been to many jersey mike's locations and have always been happy. went in nc in college, and still do. has always been good. pricier than some places such as subway, but good quality, they slice all the meat and cheese to order, plus a giant is bigger than a foot long. they don't have as many toppings as subway and some places but everything is good quality. i am a big fan of the original italian mike's way, and i add jalapeños for spice as well as their pepper relish which is great.

i love the subs. i always get the american classical get it mike's way. absolutely love it.

it blows subway and quiznos out of the water. go if you want a really good sub hot or cold.

all of the sandwiches are great and they cut the meat right in front of you. it is one of the better sandwich store in sa

one of the most ignorant girls i have seen working the counter tonight. i am half afraid to eat what she just touched. won't be back when she is there.

best philly cheesesteak i've had in awhile. tried this place out for the first time tonight. the wife and i were both hankering for a philly cheesesteak. i've had phillies in philly, so i can speak with authority when i say that the phillies at jersey mike's were great! best i have had in a longtime.

love the juice!. i normally like to support local places but jersey mike's is hard to beat when making sandwiches. they have a great formula, the bread is just right, they slice meats to order, place veggies at your request and for me, i get extra "juice", its their red wine vinegar & oil w spices that sends it over the top. yum! my other pick is zito's but i wish their bread was better.

finally!. i was happy to see and hear that a location was here and close no less, the best sandwich place ever! goodbye subway, goodbye quiznos, goodbye schlotzskys and anyone else, good riddance to bad rubbage! the best if finally here, roast beef and provolone, chicken parm, and meatball are awesome but my absolute favorite is the famous philly.
