great meal!

great lobster roll. brought my mom here when she was visiting. not fancy but the food was awesome! yum!

jazzy’s mainely lobster sits one block from the beach in cocoa beach, fl.  there is a restaurant as well as a fresh seafood market.  the dining room is small but it is worth the visit to enjoy some fresh seafood at the beach. the owner is obviously from the new england area- hence the “go pats” on the sign and all the pats décor on the inside. i had only one thing on my mind- the lobster roll .  served on a buttery new england-style (split top) roll, the lobster roll is clearly one of their specialties.  my roll was over stuffed with big pieces of juicy lobster lightly tossed in a mayo-based dressing. i ordered the sweet potato fries as my side and they too were delicious. chad decided on the blackened mahi mahi platter .  the one thing that confused us was the $12.99 price- a piece of mahi without the bread, while the blackened mahi sandwich was only $9.99, a piece of mahi with the bread.  his fish wasn’t that big so we aren’t sure it was worth the higher price

awesome food at a great price. the employees were polite. husband had the lobster and was extremely impressed. we will be back to visit again.

best hush puppies ever!. also the best muscles ever! really fun, casual place. perfect after a day at the beach.

seafood & customer service was amazing. this will be a staple to my cocoa beach visits from now on!

don't be fooled by the exterior. excellent food, excellent service, reasonable prices.

we went here for mother's day and had ice cold beer, giant lobster rolls and a cup of clam chowda'. the food is simply amazing. we didn't eat the rest of the day! the lobster rolls are generously portioned and probably the best clam chowder i've ever had.

best seafood!. found this place from urbanspoon, my family decided to give it a try and it had awesome seafood. we went back the next day to eat there again, cause it was soooooo good. definitely try it out.

for sure the best seafood in the area. the owners are from maine. we had blackened grouper, lobster roll and a side clam chowder. it's the real deal with excellent friendly service. come here when you're in the vicinity.

gotta love this place. super chilled out vibe, outdoor seating, and amazing seafood at far better value than other places in cocoa beach. we had the steamed lobster and one of the scallop dishes. both were clearly fresh and done by a chef who knows what they’re doing. friendly easygoing service too!

lobster roll was absolutely delicious! shrimp basket was very good too. kids enjoyed theirs also. and nice friendly service. highly recommend!

we came in from out of town, after a long day at the beach we ended up there. it was decent, a little overpriced. wait staff was nice i would come back again, but try something different.

very good place. almost a hole in the wall. you have to have the smoked fish dip. fish is extremely good and fresh. the decor is fun for the location.
