bad service & rude new manager. my party & i have been loyal customers of largo kaspersky for over 8 years. it has always been a pleasure until last night. service was extremely slow, had to send food back 4 times because it wasn't prepared the we asked, drinks were totally off. asked for bartender pete or husan to fix our drinks, due to everyone knows they fix drinks to perfection, to also include john whom was off. the manager approached our party rudely & told us we couldn't ask for a special bartender & it was the ice that makes the drinks! after the new managers actions & new rules, my party took our business elsewhere (cooper canyon grill) after we meet our other friends of 10 in the parking lot. the prior manager was a pleasure go deal with & appears to have ran jaspers as we were a custom too, which was excellent service & ensuring the customers were having a great experience. the new manager claimed he was a manager of 2 other jaspers in the area before, i guess i see why they closed &/or never reopened! hopefully, largo jaspers get it back together, because this was my party & i weekly spot, as all the old staff there knows.
