place is outdated and food is not homemade like a good italian neighborhood place should be ,they do not make any pasta there all is probably frozen according to waiter - and taste! cheap wine and cheap 18 year olds type service might as well go to carrabas or maggianos! rude management

nothing impressive, pizza was soggy, pasta sauce tasted like it was from a can. food was too salty for me. waited long periods between server check ins.

we've been going to the restaurant for about 9 years and keep going back. if fried zucchini is in your diet, j. christopher's has an excellent dish for you. the fried mushrooms are also tasty - the batter on these items reminds me of tempura and is delicious. in the pasta category, i can recommend the pesto basil ravioli and the cheese ravioli with the creamy marinara sauce. decent food in a comfortable setting.

ok atmosphere but the worst deep dish pizza i've ever had - unable to finish and had no desire to take home. it's been over a year and still every time i drive by i think how bad the pizza was. like an inch-thick blob of half-cooked bread with pizza toppings. rough.

medium specialty pizza $18 with no meat, asked for chicken also and he said ok. turns out 6 oz of chicken was $5. $24 for a nasty thin crust pizza with no meat or sauce

love it. the place looks outdated but the food was great. the pizza was fantastic. we got thin pizza with the meats. the garlic bread was also very good and felt freshly baked. we ordered dessert and they had homemade cobbler was the perfect ending.

probably the best thin crust pizza in houston. don't live in kingwood any longer, but still make the drive from the heights to stop in for a good cheese and sausage thin crust.

we love it. my son loves the thick crust, my wife likes the thin crust. i love them both. try the cheese soup with a burger or sandwich. everything is great, i've eaten there for thirty years.

found this place on urbanspoon. it's wonderful. great service. friendly atmosphere. homemade pasta, pizza and sauces. we will definitely come back.

not sure what qualifies one as a pizza conisuer, but i have enjoyed j. christopher's pizza for 25 years. used to frequent the kuykendahl location, growing up in spring, tx. i now live in kingwood and am glad that this location is open. i love it.
