if iraa has to be the first choice of restaurant then they need to be very careful about their quality.

ambience and service is good. however, food is not at all tasty. in terms of flavor, all they add is spice.

it is not a margherita pizza at all in palce of pizza sauce schezwan has been used and no cheese at all. very spicy where as in pizza i have first time seen use of dhania fully waste of money

iraa is a beautiful place to dine in especially the outdoor seating. menu has lots of variety and taste is good.
so i would rate the following from 5
1. ambeience- 4/5 (indoor seating can be made more desirable by adding music and openness)
2. food taste - 4/5 ( all the items i have tasted till date was good except for some items)
3. portion size- 3/5 ( as compared to price the portion size is not adequate. needs to be improved.
4. price- 3/5 (i think the price is a bit high and can be moderated to reach the optimum rates. also service charge of 5% should be removed)
5. service- 3/5 ( well service is not so great
and not so bad either, needs improvement)

overall: 3/5- its one of the top places in raipur to
have fining dining experience with family and friends so i expect the management to
improve their pricing, portion and service.

the chef is very rude. when we confronted him that the food was not up to the mark and was cold. he told us to wait till the restaurant is shut to get better food as he was occupied.

we visited cafe iraa recently . the ambience is noteworthy. the greenery plus outdoor seating and the food options were all good . we ordered some starters pasta , mock-tail and main course for desert it was pastry . except for one of the starter all of item were tasty specially the pasta . i was bit disappointed with the portion of all starters . for rest the portion is in good amount . a must visit place i would recommend visiting for good food and ambience

i have ordered over 50 times from this place and i get some customisation done everytime. usually whosoever picks up the phone says no at first and then when i say i get this done everytime they speak to someone and then say yes. today things turned out differently, the guy who answered was hell bent on not helping, after 5 minutes of me trying to reason with him i asked him to wait for a bit as i was speaking to another guy who usually helps, this guys says we cant hold the order, the order is from zomato and not from you. so since i am not even considered a customer why even bother ordering. horrible way to treat customers, they just dont care since the order is from an app. never ordering from here again.

it was too spicy and disgusting for a regular j am very disappointed last time we ordered the same thing happened and at the restaurant we could not eat the panner butter masala who makes panner butter masala so spicy i recommend to not order from iraa or go there.

iraa is a regular for us. their food is absolutely delicious. their soup literally is soul- warming. it’s broth is superbly flavourful. chicken in oyster sauce is a hit too. their range of fried rice and noodles is delicious. you can literally taste the difference between hakka and singaporean rice and noodles. devilled eggs is yet another interesting item on the menu. however, i didn’t like risotto or malabari paratha as much. but that’s just personal choices. in addition, it could be a little on the expensive side.
over all you can taste the culinary art and expertise in food. this topped by mesmerising location and wonderful ambience.
