indian summer cafe is a casual dining restaurant at exhibition road in patna. we tried this restaurant as its rating on zomato is 4.5 for dine-in. while the taste of the food did not disappoint us, the restaurant left us looking for something more than just the food. let's delve deeper into our dining experience at the indian summer cafe of patna.
while the vegetable manchow soup had a usual standard taste, the chicken manchow soup was not any different from its veg counterpart, except for a few shreds of chicken in it. what disappointed me here was a tinge of staleness (not so fresh) in the chicken used in the soup. crispy corn (salt and pepper corn) was again very standard and did not surprise me. their chicken tikka and prawn chilli dry compensated for my initial disappointment with the food as they were juicy and flavourful. we enjoyed both the dishes without any further complaints. we finished the food with two glasses of fresh lime soda and one masala coke, which was really good and definitely above average.
