loved the ambience, food and the craft beers they serve. my overall experience was good and our server vivek was kind enough to server our beers and food on time.

enjoyed the beer, didn't enjoy not sharing a 1l glass. good guy prajwal a.k.a bunny, our enthusiastic server gave us great recommendations and was eager to help us with the order.

great ambiance great food and many more . best craft beers in thr city. weekends are ausome just love it. the server vrush was also amaze.

loved the place overall. right from the ambience to the food to the hospitality everything was pretty spot on. we were served by ney-mar (not kidding). he was friendly, polite and very helpful. tried the band wit (belgian) beer and hoppy high. loved them. food (though slightly on the expensive side) was tasty. do not forget to have the onion rings if you like some tid bits with your drink. i loved the grilled chicken legs and pasta fusilli as well. my vegetarian friends were happy with their food as well. ;)

we decided to go here with very high expectations.
less than average, uncooked food.

we ordered the panko crusted bombil which was basically deep fried panko without a hint of bombil and whatever bits of bombil were there, was smelling weird.

lime and pepper chips - no lime, no pepper, plain unsalted sweet potato chips. the server later got us a replacement with loads of peri peri which was super spicy.

fusili basil pesto pasta - shockingly, the pasta served was room temperature, the cheese on the top wouldn't even melt and lacked any flavour.

shish touk - served with pita bread which was the only saving grace of this dish. chicken was uncooked, unsalted and basically tasted like steamed chicken on a stick.

corn ribs - would have been better with some salt or chili and a lil more crispy.

roast chicken - one of the reasons why i chose to go to this place. turned out to be an absolute disaster. no crunch on the skin outside. absolutely no taste to the chicken. totally dry inside where i couldn't finish it even with the so called jus served with it.

the only thing good about the place was the beer selections available. ive been to their previous outlet next to the passport office and this stands nowhere to that in terms of food.

an absolute waste of money and a very unsatisfactory experience. we finally had to make do with a margarita pizza (very basic) cos that was the only thing we could see being prepared hot right in front of us.

tried craft beers - coco jive, oryza rice lager and strawberry cider . they were simply brilliant . loved the mushroom and chicken pizza . they certainly whipped up a storm !

the vibe and ambience especially on a weekday, was incredible . i found the staff's camaraderie very chilled out and it's as if they are a real version of brooklyn nine nine 😄

i highly recommend independence brewing company to folks visiting pune . it is phenomenal .

best place for beers and all we enjoyed the evening alot. the service was really good.vrush was the server for us and he did really well.

being from kolkata /chicago got a chance to visit brewery pune . it was really a beautiful 🤩 evening we spent together , ambience was amazing felt perfect party mood . luckily we got some awesome stuff, they ( kunal, sanket, vrush, curly ) are really friendly, well behaved & great attitude . foods were really yummy 🤤 no doubt . really loved 🥰 this brewery .overall it was beautiful 🤩 evening ! hope will come 🔜 .

being from delhi, got a chance to visit this brewery in pune. and i must admit, i wasn't disappointed at all. it was excellent service by some of the most friendly staff i've come across. the ciders were to die for, mine being very strawberry. excellent food without any doubt. a special mention to our server brush, really on top of his game.
a must visit for everyone visiting pune.

really nice ambience, outside seating kept like german brew houses and gives a “shine” vibes. only thing which i believe should be done in sometime is fans in out seatings, as summers gonna last for next 2-3 months. besides everything was great, shout out to prajwal for helping us out with menu and orders 👍🏻👍🏻

ibc's comeback with its long-awaited kalyani nagar branch, met all my expectations when i visited yesterday. its scrumptious food, with world-class brews, served to us by our hostess nimmi, against a vibrant and uplifting ambiance, helped us unwind peacefully. the re-entry of the peanut corn chaat & the loaded nachos to the menu, is a suggestion i believe would enhance the ibc experience a notch up.
