i really used to like this place, but their service and quality of food has really gone down. we ordered a roasted marshmallow shake which was pink and tasted mildly of strawberry, and nothing else. upon complaining, we were vehemently told that it was the right shake, and upon asking to speak to the chef, the waitstaff just asked us to order something else. their vietnamese coffee used to be great, but we weren't served the same despite asking for it twice. even getting the waitstaff's attention was a task, and they almost made us feel guilty for bothering them with our order. we also got the strawberry pesto pasta salad, which was decent, except for the strawberries, which were disgusting to be frank. the worst part is, when we told the person at the counter this (since the waitstaff was apathetic to any complaints), he shrugged it off with a shrug and a curt "sorry". sad to see such a great restaurant in this sorry state.
