dull interior lighting, leaking air conditioner, poor hygiene, lack of staff, really bad washroom.
worst experience in a cafe ever.
never suggesting anyone to come here.

i ordered a ginger tea and blueberry cheesecake shake.the ginger tea was too strong and the shake was way too sweet though the ambience is good but the staff wasn't.

loved the freakshakes at this place!!! simply amazing 😍 we tried oreo freakshake with ice-cream, ans as satisfying was it to watch so was it to taste.... must try 💯

need to work on staff service, get some trained ones's . don't even serve regular water ,know some rules that you cannot denie water ,read supreme court judgement about restaurant service.
only interiors doesn't make a restaurant but service and food.

i went yesterday i.e on friendship day,staff is so lame ,don't even remember order ,very late service. food is average,only interiors is fine , unexperienced staff. spoiled my friendship day celebration. food looks attractive here in image but isn't actually.

we were here for more than 1 and half hour .. we ordered chicken fried schezwen rice and hot chocolate there . it was came after one hour and in first bite we notice some weird taste , it seems like the rice was not fresh. we called the waiter and asked to to taste she were saying that it is bcoz of the sausage we added and they are ready to replace it bt again it will take another half hour .. reallly very very disappointed

nice place was good and food was amazing they have lots of variety in their menu and taste was amazing the price is also resonable and a peaceful ambience.

the ambience was quite good. i had a freakshake, cold coffee with ice-cream and cheesy fries. freakshake was good. it was huge and delicious. i think the cheesy fries could be better. i thought the cheese would be liquid cheese but it wasn't. but it was okish. cold coffee was good. overall taste was good, service was good. and i loved the ambience. you can have peace here.

i've been here quite a few times and never have i ever experienced anything less than 'wow' be it for the food/taste, service, rates and the quality as well quantity of food.

food: i am huge fan of their freakshakes. absolutely loved the brownie freakshake and kitkat oreo thickshake too. i've tried burgers, nachos, waffles and sandwiches too. but the taste of freakshake and beats everything else. their shakes are clear winner for me. but the other things that i've tried tasted absolutely delectable. their four seasons waffle is something i'd recommend personally.

speaking of the ambience, it's a classy yet chick place with decent seating arrangement and lots of chandeliers dangling across the walls and ceilings. the aura around the place is beautiful. we can actually sit for a while and enjoy some quality time with our friends or loved ones.

rates are reasonable. very economic i'd say. moderately priced menu and the quality of food actually justifies the rates.

service: very courteous and friendly staff. quick and in time service.

all in all, it's a great place. a thumbs up from me.

p.s there's a second outlet in bajaj nagar too. i love that place too, but for some reasons, i prefer going here more often.

very bad service . ordered chicken manchurian but there was no chicken in that. quantity is very less.

the food is quite good but the servicing is damn slow. so it wasn’t that fun to eat because it took too much time for even a single dish to be on our table. and also the coffee isn’t that tasty.

i ordered tandoori paneer grilled sandwich but the taste was worst,it seems that it was not properly cooked and i also ordered crispy veg but where was the crisp i didn't know it was totally soft balls of veg in short it was a worst experience

worst quality pasta ever tasted. ordered chicken alfredo pasta through zomato way they packed the order was pathetic. was not baked properly chicken pieces were also unbaked.
