as i have order tandoori roti and it's not good at all it was crispy like the dough was of samosa cover and it's sweet never had a tandoori roti which is sweet really disappointed

tonight ordered and paid for 3 piece ruhi fish but got only 1 even broken piece. try to contact but they did not received the call. very much unfortunate. hope they will take care this issue.

just finished the khichuri + sabji + papad and payesh and i've to say that the dishes were amazing. i was so busy in eating that i forgot to click a picture of the items. it was truly an impressive service by the restaurant. (😆payesh-e arektu mishti deben erpor order korle)

a place which serves authentic bengali food. but the quality is average and quantity is less, one plate won't serve two persons. i ordered two plates of a dish but received only one, the other one was missing

i ordered a choshi and i found two piece of green chilli. this is disgusting.. 🤮

in siliguri only this restaurant provides such amazing and delicious bengali food. i just loved their payesh, choshi, mutton liver curry is one of the classy food i have ever tested mouth melting food it is. bowal, ilish, choto macher chocchori how amazingly they made trust me you can not believe until you go or order.

i had ordered 1 chicken butter masala and 2 beguni (brinjal pakoda).
firstly, for the price the portion of chicken was way too small. it was like a leg cut into 4 pieces with more bones than flesh. it wasn't even enough for one person. taste was good.

secondly, a major flaw. i received only 1 beguni instead of 2 while i paid for 2. pathetic.

no spoons or tissues.

they need to improve their management and not try to cheat customers with little portion size for the price.

i will never order again!!

i ordered fish thali, fish was overcooked that it lost its natural taste, fish cooked with brinjal which was raw(half cooked), two fry bhaji was tasteless and burnt. only thing i liked was daal chawal.

just now i have ordered food from your hotel. i ordered rice, veg fried rice, paneer mix veg n mutton. except paneer mix veg all items were good in taste, in quality, quantity. but i'm very sorry to say paneer mix veg was not ok, it was not fresh....kindly from d next tym try to maintain d food quality.
